RPM + Drive dosage question

i am 163 lbs. Im thinking on w/o days: 1 rpm and 2 drive upon waking up (empty stomach) and 2 Drive 2 Rpm 30 mins before lift which is 30 minutes after a pre-lift snack.

Non w/o days: 2 Drive and 1 rpm morning (empty stomach)
and 2 Drive and 1 rpm in the afternoon

Does this dosage amount sound good?
Also, is it much more effective if you take drive and rpm on an empty stomach?
 
Empty stomach does tend to increase the effects a noticeable degree.

Dosages look good, but up it to 6 Drive/day for the first 10 days before following the protocol you suggest here. If you get GI issues with this high of a dosage, start low and work your way up.

You can adjust your RPM dosage up if need be after you see how the numbers you planned feel.

Listen to Lanbane here^^^. To add on though, I would suggest that you dose the RPM 2 and 2 on workout days (4 per workout day) and just do a 1 and 1 on off days. Think of the taking 6 Drive per day as a loading period more or less. One thing I would note though, if you want to notice a real kick from Drive quicker, dose it 2 upon waking and 4 pre-workout...it will make a difference during your workout (the endurance benefit really comes in handy during cardio). You have to find your own sweet spot and what works for you though so experiment with your doses a little bit.
 
I'm dosing Drive at 4 Pre workout, and 3 later in the day (mid afternoon). This has been giving me GREAT strength gains!
 
i def agree 3 in the am..and 4 pre-workout for me has been nothing less than amazing..also i have been in a great mood since i opened my first bottle of drive...great stuff guys!

The 4 and 4 dosing protocol pre-workout is f'ing awesome...any naysayers to this just don't push themselves hard enough. Honestly, even when I do two 3 and 3 splits (6 of each per day) my workouts are still off the charts. The only thing I can say that is better than the RPM/DRIVE stack is the IGF-2/RPM/DRIVE stack...:D.

I have a feeling this going to be too high of a dosage considering my weight...
You can always adjust systematically downwards until you hit a point you believe gives you the best results at the lowest amount of pills. In other words, "play around" with the dosages until you hit your optimum.
 
another quick question...will the drive and rpm be more effective if you have a meal after you take the drive and rpm or would it be better to have the meal before taking the pills?
 
Really should be on as empty of a stomach as possible, and you should let as much time go by as you can before eating a meal afterwards, 45-60 minutes would be good.

The best thing to do is give your dosing protocol a shot and see how you like it. Everyone has to find their own sweet spot. Given your weight though you could keep your dose on RPM lower, and possibly even Drive as well. I suggest you go through a few testing days where you play with the doses to find out what feels best to you. At your size, less could definitely mean more. Keep us posted bud. Need anymore advice...just ask, and by all means if you need more technical advice, ask the stragepedia (strategicmove) because that guy truly is like a supplement encyclopedia...lol. :D
 
Today was my first day on Drive/Rpm. my dosage today was:

Wake up on empty stomach: 2 drive 2 rpm

pre-lift: 3 drive 2 rpm ( i had a small lunch 30 minutes after taking this, then went to lift 15 minutes after lunch)

My first day on rpm/drive was unreal for the first 45 minutes of my lift. I got 2 more reps then i usually do on basically every set ... then i felt exhausted for the 2nd half of my work out
(t bar rows, seated rows, and dead lifts (today was my back day))

I think tomorrow (chest) i am going to take 3 drives in the AM with no Rpms

Then pre-lift take 3 rpms along with 3 drives

I am thinking about doing a log and posting my stats and some pics
