well, i had midterms yesterday, so i had to push my workout to the evening around 9:30pm. I took 3 caps of AppNut RPM as a preworkout supp and now i havent slept since. Does RPM have any stim affect? I had a heck of a good workout but no sleep since. so pretty much just pulled an all nighter for no reason... sucks!... does anyone know how this is going to affect my day? I have track practice and working on legs today? take it easy or do the same routine?
