My side delts are a weak point for me as were my rear delts a few years back (I have brought them up to respectable) so after reading and article in Muscular Development this month I thought I would concentrate on my middle delts few at least the next few months.

This workout was about 5am this morning, I write this at 6:30pm, I have to say my delts are sore already.....I think it is working!!!

No Work today so at 10am I headed to Planet Fitness for some Abs and Cardio (They have an ab machine that works better than anything else I have ever tried for my abs!!

35 minutes on the Eliptical (Heart Rate 152 BPM) and about 10 minutes of ab work

I did not keep track of what I ate today, but I am proud of the moderation I showed !!

I used the last of my Get Diesel JP8x Hardcore yesterday, so I thought I would give this a try today, I won it in some promo about a year ago. Good Energy and Focus but no real pump, I will give it a try again tomorrow and add in a scoop of Get Diesel NOS Ether!!

I have tried to up my protein and calories this week and my body weight has stayed the same, so I will increase it slightly more next week and see what happens.
 
35 min in the elliptical is intense. I started my cardio back up again today. Just 15min in the treadmill before lifting. Time to get back to business after the holidays

I get that sometimes too. Of course it never happens when I am trying to loose weight, only when I am trying to bulk up a bit. *sigh*. I am not sure what triggers it, but sometimes I just feel "full", no matter how little I eat.

Strange for me also, I think I found the culprit ... Burn 24, I was just trying to use it up and I was taking 2 everyday. I stopped 3 days ago and my appetite is coming back. (????)

I thought I was going to die after this work-out, I only rested 60 seconds between sets on the squats. I train in my basement and had to pull myself up the stairs with the hand rail. And to top it off after I got upstairs I realized I forgot to turn the lights off in the gym and had to go back down and climb up the stairs again !!

I was at a Christmas party last night and ate way to much junk, but sometimes you just have to let go. It seams like endurance is up a bit on this stack, muscles are looking hard and full. I am very happy with the way things are going.

I did not feel good after my workout this morning and I had a hard time eating my breakfast, I have not been hungry lately and have had a hard time eating and just not feeling good. This morning I remember something Danes said "Epi (2,3a-Epithio-17a-methyletioallo cholan-17b-ol 10mg) can make you feel like Death" so I skipped my dose today and I feel better already !!

Past 40 is where the sides come in for me, but it keeps delivering more results up thru 60mg/day. At 70mg I crossed into diminishing returns. Steve was using 80 pushing for his pro card and we both agreed 60 was the effective cap vs sides.

I was taking 20mg per day, but after 2 days off I feel like a new man. I may try 10mg a day.

I do agree it depends on the dose but for some people, even 20-30mg is just "to much". Feeling death is not fun and it ruin your training and everything. Some people can tolerate it very well even at higher doses :)

I took 2 or 3 days off from it and started back at 10mg. We will see how that go's!

Yesterday (Sunday) I pretty much ate what ever I wanted, no real junk, just good clean food, but I ate all day. Today felt strong full and had lots of drive. 12 hours after my workout and I still fell pumped!!
