I have had most of the Supplements sitting on my shelf for quite sometime, so thanks to some help from Danes I have an 8 week run figured out to used them all up !!

I just got back for a Week in Vegas and have not taken any supplements or had a workout in that week, I also ate whatever I wanted (and a few things I didn't) I am up 14lbs so I will be trying to drop about 10 of those pounds and that up my calories with some clean food. My goal is to gain a few pounds of muscle with very little fat gain.

First off a little about me: I am 58 years old and have been training for 30+ years I started out at 235lbs and got down to 150lbs, I have spent a lot of time trying to add muscle with out adding fat. A week ago I was 176lbs and took a week off from Supplement, Training and eating right, I now weigh 190lbs, I want to get down to about 180lbs and increase my calories a little and try and add some muscle.
I train fasted in the AM alone in my home gym, I lift 4 days per week and do cardio 2 days per week. My lifting sessions last about an hour.

I had a great work out this morning the pump was crazy and I looked big as a house, must have been from 7 days of pigging out and the additional 14lbs. Diet was back on track today!!

If anyone has any questions, or constructive criticisms please let me know.

Constructive criticism you say? How bout the fact that you youre 58 years old and still crushing it like a d@mn monster! I as well as so many others on here are looking at you for guidance

Thank you! I don't know about "Crushing It" I used about a third the weight I used to, but I still enjoy the life style !!

I've heard of guys going up to 24mg, and they gave chimps something to the effect of 66mg (not actually but mg/kg of bodyweight equivalent) for months and they didn't keel over (in fact the more they took the better LGD worked) so as long as you can tolerate any lethargy you'll be fine I'm sure. Plus the Cardarine should def help fight lethargy.
