15 Minutes on the Elliptical and Some Ab work. I got a call from someone who wanted to by some stuff I had For Sale on Craig's List, so I had to cut my Cardio Short and go make some money.

Only had about half an hour worth of work I needed to do, so I finished that up and head up the road (about 1/4 mile) to Planet Fitness.

HIIT Cardio on the Elliptical 25 minutes heart rate 148bpm, and also got in a Great Ab session.

I have been trying to add muscle without adding to much body fat, I do believe this stack has helped me accomplish that. I have upped calories about 400 per day and only gained a few pounds. I look harder and more vascular with no noticeable gain in body fat. I like it!

How are you feeling and looking lately on this stack?
I have not felt the greatest during this whole run, but I like the muscle I have added, I am up in body weight but I am leaner with better muscle separation and vascularity so I am very happy. Only have about a week worth of supps left, so it is about to come to an end.
