I get occasional headaches, but have had more lately

Silly question maybe, but any vision changes? I know when I need even a minor tweak in my contacts/glasses, I can get vicious headaches throughout the day.
When you get the headaches is it possible that you had not had any coffee that day or not as much as normal?
Caffeine withdrawals cause pretty severe headaches. Even 12- 24 hours without coffee will cause it in someone who drinks it every day.

I started this log 2 weeks ago and by now I was hoping to be down 4-6lbs, however I am up 3 and tickled to death ! My pants are looser, my abs are more visible and my vascularity maybe at an all time high, I have lost fat and put on muscle and that is not near as easy to do at 57 years of age as it was at 27, so this has been a GREAT TWO WEEKS!! I have about enough supplies to go about 3 more weeks, I'm thinking a 2 week break and doing it all over again!!

Body weight was down yesterday I believe I was dehydrated a bit, I am back up to where I was plus a pound, my physique is looking harder and my body weight is climbing a bit, I believe the Follidrone is kicking in and I am gaining muscle. I am feeling better about this everyday!!
