Rocket is getting Truly Shreeded with Hard Rock's TRUE SHRED

Its absolutely disgusting... Hey if you can choke it down good for you, cause its got a ton of benefits. I just cant choke it down lol thats just me

I mix it with Some BCAA and it taste fine, My wife does the same thing and like it!!

Just curious, why do you do this before your workout? It alkalizes you and neutralizes acids, you want to get acidic during your workout to spur on hypertrophy. I would save this for post workout if I were you. You want to curb the acidity after the workout.

It is great for you.

My wife drinks it everyday. she mixes it with pure lemon juice.
Trust me she gags pretty easy!!!

I think it would be fine, and to be honest I don't know how much it hinders growth but when training for metabolic hypertrophy specifically you want the lactic acid build up during training to signal the hormonal cascade for growth like GH and localized IGF-1 expression. For straight up strength training I imagine buffering the acidity is going to be more beneficial...

Either way the health benefits of alkalizing are excellent, and I would prioritize them over not doing it at all.

Curious though, why would it be easier to drink at night then after the workout? Clearing up the acidity shorltly post workout is supposed to be beneficial for recovery. IE you want to get acidic, signal the hormones then return to alkaline if trying to maximize hypertrophy. This is my understanding of it.

Of course these little tweaks probably don't make a huge difference, but if it is a minor adjustment to employ they are probably worth it. I wouldn't go to far out of my way to mess with any of it though. Like I said the health benefits are key and more important than any of the tiny fine tuning things that can be done.

The citrus is supposed to make it taste better, and gagging easily well her gag reflex must be right behind her front teeth for Studhorse to be hitting it...

The body weight is not coming off as fast as I had thought it would, but I believe this is a good thing in this case, Muscle look Fuller, Vascularity is way up, so I feel confident in saying the weight I am losing is All Fat. When you torn your biceps, do you attribute it to some failed form -or something, like: too much weight, weird angle or lack of warm-up?

Sorry I did not see the question, the first time i torn it I was trying to load a heavy piece of furniture in a truck by myself, the second time I tore it a felt a funny feeling when opening a really tight jar lid, the next day I was doing bi's and I heard it rip on my 3rd set with moderate weight. I still feel it pull sometime doing everyday chores, I am very careful now. I have also torn a Quad and a Delt.
