That funny I love to eat and I have a hard time resisting the Grand Kids snacks, since I have been taking this I don't even look at them, I still look forward to meal time but my will power in much better !!Interesting... Workout Lasted about an hour
Did not do calves wanted to give my shin a week more to heal. On my 4 set of Leg Presses I heard a strange noise, in the back of my knee, a tear or a grinding noise, no pain, but I back the weight down and did my last set. About an hour later I stepped down on that leg had a terrible pain and could barley walk the rest of the day. This morning it still hurt, but seamed to get better as the day went on. I even got to go for a walk this evening with my grand kids!!

Sunday a rest day, and i have not done crap, cleaned the gym, worked on my taxes and watched the NASCAR & NHRA Race!!
Weight is still at 183 even thought I have had a surplus of calories the past two days. So down 3lbs in the first week !!
A few notes, I said it before and I will say it again my joints feel incredible while taking this, I have also found it much easier to stick to my nutrition program (diet) when on the True Shred I just don't have that consent urge to snack.
Did I mention my joints ???? Just Kidding

By the way you have plenty rear delts. you just have poor posture which might also be why your traps arent showing as much as you want. Tuck your shoulder blades into the opposite back pockets, that will pull your shoulders back into their proper position. Then do that pose while also externally rotating your arm out against the arm holding it and your rear delt will light up. Your pecs are just tight pulling your shoulder forward so your rear delts aren't active they are stretched. Get them in position and try it and I promise you will see a completely 3D version of your shoulder you were unaware of.
