I bought this so I could extend my run for another 4 weeks (Yes I am so happy I spent my own money for more) not sure if I will continue the log for the 8 weeks or not. I am thinking about stacking these two for the last 4 weeks.
 
Nice, I just noticed you take your pre workout and your diet pills at the same time... Damn man that would have me too amped up.

When I workout in the mornings I had to take my pre workout @4 then would go workout get home take my shower and everything and then take my diet pills around 7AM. I can't imagine a preworkout and 2 diet pills at the same time. I feel like my heart would want to explode. You did say you had a high stim tolerance but wow!

I do like to get stimmed up myself but if I get over stimmed during a workout I am gonna get sick and barf. When it gets like that, it is the kind of sick I can't just rinse my mouth and go back out to finish up either.
 
Stims have very little effect on me, I could drink a PWO and lay down and take a nap.

Yeah not me... I am hyperactive as it is. It doesn't take too much to get me going. The only thing it takes me a lot of now is caffeine but that is because I live on the stuff... I drink a good 48-64oz of coffee a day. There is dementia, and alzhiemers in my family so the extra coffee is a must to me in my eyes. Anything that can lessen the likelihood of me getting those by 30-65% would be absolutely stupid of me not to be a part of my daily life. Plus I love my coffee! So it is a win win.

There are just soooooo many health benefits to it. The only downside is for those who don't drink enough fluids but even then the diuretic effects of caffiene become much less pronounced as you get used to it. Most don't know that. Other than that anyone with stim sensitive high BP should avoid it but that's about it. It has so many benefits it is basically a health drink at this point.

mom is a green tea drinker, I convinced her to go back on coffee...her memory needs all the help it can get-if she doesn't write it down it aint gonna happen....

Just curious, why do you do this before your workout? It alkalizes you and neutralizes acids, you want to get acidic during your workout to spur on hypertrophy. I would save this for post workout if I were you. You want to curb the acidity after the workout.
