R-Andro Shred by Hard Rock Supplements

My wife made me Fried Rice but with no rice, she used cauliflower instead, tasted GREAT with close to ZERO CALORIES !!!! I love her!!

I'm doing opposite :( belt getting tight, shirts getting loose lol. Nonetheless what your experiencing is far better. Didn't see the pic of the food on mobile but Definitely a healthy way to do fried rice. Need to get on some R-andro pretty soon here and maybe some cauliflower fried rice as well ;)
 
One thing I keep forgetting to point out is, I have had no increase in joint pain, in the past anything that dry's me out really makes my joints hurt, but this has not so far !!! I Like It !!

Awesome news! I had that achy joint pain when you get dried out so it's nice not having that when running r andro shred. Keep up the good work in here.

I have not had any achy joints either, but in my defense, i have been taking Cissus and Fish Oils,
so Im not sure if R-Andro is causing any issues or not.
 
I always take fish oil, but the last "dry" supplement I took really took a toll on my joints. The Shred is good so far !!

Happy to hear - I'm feeling so good on this, but I was waiting for the aches to kick in - usually 2-3 weeks in. But now I'm hoping!

Not a fun day, today is my wife's birthday and about noon she got a call from the hospital, asking her to come right away her Dad is going down hill fast and they are not sure how much longer he has. As of 8pm he is surround by family and still hanging on, asking to see picture of his Great Grand Children, our prayers are that he is just comfortable, he has been one of the best Christian men I have ever meet and there is no doubt he will be in heaven.

It has been a stressful last few day, but I did manage not to miss a training session, diet has not been perfect but pretty good. The funeral is on Thursday next week so after that I hope to get everything back on track.

Thinking of up the dose to (4) per day once things settle down.... any thoughts ..anyone ??

So far I feel and I think I look a little bigger in the chest and shoulders, abs are a little tighter. Libido is crazy, but keeps life interesting!!

High libido is always nice:) but 216g of protein that's good. I try and hit about 250- 270 per day if I can so I'm getting about 1.5g protein per lbs of bw.
 
I have found that 1g protein per lbs of bw works best for me

Thank you, My Wife has already turned it in to a positive celebration of life for her and her 3 brothers, yesterday she went over to his house cleaned out his freezer and last night we had Burgers and Steaks on the grill (from his freezer) for family and friends and all told some of out favorite stories of her Mom & Dad in heaven.

I believe I am going to go to (4)n tabs per day next week, will check it mid week
