I had not thought about my joints until some one ask how they were feeling, but after thinking about it I realized I have not put my knee sleeve on in a week or so, I normally wear it to work and always when I push mow the lawn. I push mowed to lawns last weekend with out it, and have not had it on since a week or so ago. So my joints are doing Very Well !!
The pump is OK, but I train fasted in the AM so a great pump just ain't gonna happen.rocket how are you finding the pump?

Woke up feeling like poop and had a bad headache, as the work out went on I felt better, headache went away, and ended with a good productive workout.

I train fasted in the AM so pumps are not that great no matter what I use. That being said I am very happy with what I see in the mirror, I am looking leaner (at a little higher body weight) and more vascular ....How has the overall pump been for you? How does it compare to other products?

There is one limiting factor. If you really enjoy lifting weights it should not matter what time of the day it is. You should be mentally focused if your goal is truly improving or progressing in the gym. I don't know about you, but if I lifted for years and never got anything out of it. I would truly question why I do it besdies exercisingI like the Whey and Banana idea, liquid carbs are out I go hypo very quickly if I use those. I am going out of town the end on the month for a week, but when I get back I am going to try something. I just need to make a plan. Thank you very much for your help, and to answer your other question I train in the AM because after a 11 or 12 hour day at work it is hard for me to get mentally motivated. Training in the AM I Love It !!
