lol...that reminds me of a certain brand of formestane that made me break out....of course to be honest it was after running 12 bottles in 3 months, lol.



I can 'almost' guarantee you will not break out on iconogenin, it is VERY mild.

I always have that scare as well. I'm afraid I will start to break out all over but I haven't had the problem yet. I still worry about it though. ha

I logged a product a few years ago and had a terrible reaction to it. Everywhere I applied the product I broke out in ichey, pussie, welts. It was hell for about 2 weeks!
 
I would recommend applying an evening dose of moisturizer in the areas that you apply the topical...for all topicals. often skin irritation is associated with dry skin.
 
I do a lot of lotion applying while viewing the Yoga Pants thread in the evenings, does that count ??

Agreed:) Pumping Iron or Generation Iron are both good options for motivation:) a lot of youtube videos out there to.
 
Years ago I used to tape a show, I can't remember the name with Rick Valintine (sp?) lifting weights, I would watch it every evening while on the bike !! I think Shawn Ray and Boyer Coe where on it a lot also.

in the 70's-80's I hated disco...now when I go for runs I love listening to it....

I had not thought about my joints until some one ask how they were feeling, but after thinking about it I realized I have not put my knee sleeve on in a week or so, I normally wear it to work and always when I push mow the lawn. I push mowed to lawns last weekend with out it, and have not had it on since a week or so ago. So my joints are doing Very Well !!
