The one in the black trunks is the day I started, the one in the red cycle was today. Take note of the face and stomach bloat on todays photo. I have pics of my back too, but I don't have enough attachment space for them.

Agreed. Once you get your letro, you'll have a good idea of what your real gains are after you drop the water. Even if you drop 10lbs of water,(witch I doubt you will) You still got 10 solid lbs.

I call that a good cycle. :thumbsup:

I wouldn't worry too much about fat. It looks like you're carrying about 8 to 10 lbs of water. (Subjective estimate) The water will shed pretty quick during PCT. Some M5AA or 5AA Cyp would probably get that under control. If you go ahead and stick with the Letro just keep a close eye on your water intake as it is possible to end up with dehydration while using it.

Great job so far, keep it up bro. (No, I'm not refering to that... give your wife a break already!)

Sounds good. I think you're right about that 8 to 10 lbs of water. I gained right around that much weight almost overnight so that would make sense.

I have M5AA and MDHT. The only thing is that I'm not too sure about running those at the same time as M1,4. Don't really want to start pinning 5AA Cyp, as I'm already doing 2.7 CCs EOD. I only have about 10-15 days of M1,4 left, after that I think the water weight should come down once I come off that. I want to start with MDHT soon after that.

I noticed on your cycle thread that nolva caused you to take forever busting a nut. I think it may do the same thing to me. I was blaming that on everything but Nolva, but now that I think about it, Nolva might be the problem.

I had no idea I'd gain this much or that the gains would come so fast....my initial goal was 15 pounds. Now I'm thinking I'll break 260!

I haven't bulked in about 8 or 9 months, maybe my body was just screaming for excess calories.
 
You're headed in the right direction. I think you have all your bases covered. We'll see how you look at the end.

BTW, I was going to ask you if you had plans to run a DHT androgen at the end. That's a wise decision. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Day 21:

Weight- 253

I was supposed to do a leg push workout today, but pussed out. My hams were sore as hell from thursday's leg pull workout. I'll see how I feel tomarrow. If I feel up to it, and we don't have a gay ass long army run I'll crank out the leg push workout, but otherwise I'll probably just skip it this week.

My bloating has gone down a little bit. I think the formestene actually did something! Wasn't really expecting it to. Now I only have 3 chins instead of the 4 I had yesterday!:thumbsup:
 
impressive stuff so far bro. keep it up. did you check your bp yet? i'm up around 30lbs in a cycle now and mine is usually around 160/90 or so.

The army made me do a gay ass 3 mile run today. My calves kept cramping and I was moving slow as hell. I'm not sure if it was the extra weight I was carrying, the M1,4 not mixing well with running, or I that I just wasn't motivated to run. Anyways that sucked. Gonna do my vertical push pull tomarrow. Should be fun.

I've been feeling like I have a fever in my face. Is that a high blood pressure thing? I don't really like the feeling. I'm going to just go ahead and start taking asprin/hawthorne berry. I don't want to go to the army doctor and get asked a bunch of stupid questions then be given motrin, especially if I just went in there to get my blood pressure checked.

I think it must be the M1,4 as I'm having the same symptoms along with the usual bloating, extreme pumps, shortness of breath. I'm only running 75-100mg along with 1600mg/week of sledgetest. I backed the dosage down over the weekend because I had a cold and my sinuses were getting "pumped" ..it was awful, lol.

Pumps in the gym have been siiiick and they stay around for quite awhile. Celery seed extract has been helping with some of the sides.

yeah, running with a newfound weight sucks. sounds like it could be high blood pressure or possibly water retention. my face would get really puffy and eyes would water if i had too much sodium that day.

motrin = grunt candy

I can't imagine doing heavy cardio on this stuff. My glutes and back get pumped just walking up stairs though in week 4 the effect seems to be tapering off a bit.

Not sure if youre asking about myself or Chasec, but I'm taking 210mg M1,4 ED. I think that dosage might be too high. I almost loathe taking it just cause I know I'll be feeling shitty about an hour later. I think 120-150ish might be the optimal dose for M1,4 at least for me.

Yeah, it was almost unbearable to run. I can handle the elliptical fine, but something about the pounding on the pavement just cramps up my calves bad. I'm really looking forward to finishing up my M1,4. I almost decided to cut it out now, but I decided to tough it out for another week.
 
One thing I didn't add is that I am lethargic as hell. I think the 1 Test lethargy is kicking in at full force, cause I am tired as hell and don't want to do **** all day. Really kind of sucks when I make a laundry list of about 10 things I need to get done at work at about 0930 and at the end of the day I get like two done. At least when I'm cutting I have ephedra or clen to give me the energy and motivation to get anything done:whip: .
 
Day 23:

weight-249.5

I tapered back on my dosage of 1-test cyp from around 250mg to 200mg. I mainly wanted to kill the lethargy I've been feeling. Whether it was placebo or not, I felt great today! I also shrunk my meal size a little bit too. I am starting to see new fat. I can tell its fat and not bloat by the way it feels. I think if I up the cardio and slightly reduce calories I should stop getting new fat.

I'm toying with the idea of turning the second half of this cycle into a lean bulk once I finish the fat pills....I mean M1,4. I'll have around 7-8 weeks left at that point (stop doing injects on week 10, but the cyps will be there until week 12). I'm not sure when to throw in the MDHT....I'm thinking maybe week 7 and then running it through week 11 or 12. It'll be weird running just the 4AD cyp and 1 Test cyp in the mean time.
 
Day 24

Weight- 250.5

Today I woke up and did 25 minutes of heavy cardio on the elliptical with an empty stomach. Man, I've felt great all day. All I've been doing is light cardio for a short time. I think heavy cardio is the missing ingredient to keeping down the bloat and preventing fat gain.

I did a leg push workout this afternoon with my commo chief. The old man smoked me. I did ok on squats, but when we did unilateral leg press, The most I could get was 320 for 10. That dude didn't mess around. He ended up doing 500 for 10. Guess theres something about crusty ass E-7s that won't let them get shown up by some cherry LTs. I can still talk **** about upper body workouts, but hes got me beat on legs, and hes not going to forget it :hammer: . Its really good to have a training partner again after going solo in the gym for over a year. Really pushes me to improve.

Also started taking Hawthorne Berry and Asprin to lower BP.

Glen- Couldn't find the celery seed extract at the PX, but I think the two I have should work ok.

and i think running the mdht for 6 weeks up until pct is a good idea

Day 25:

weight-252

Off day. God, the german lady I work with in my office brings chocolate in and pitches a fit when I don't take some. Then she'll leave a bunch on my desk and tells me to eat it if I get hungary. I look at my oatmeal and chicken breasts I have in tupperware ready to eat and then at the bowl of chocolate. Goddammit, I ended up having like 10 little pieces of German chocolate today. I'm going to hell.

About the HCG, that stuff works great. My nuts were starting to shrink wednesday night, I took my 250ius this morning with my injects and suddenly they look normal again (like a pair of basketballs with a baseball bat in between).

Oh and Glen, with that MDHT, I think I'm going to take two weeks off from methyls once I get done with the M1,4 then do 6 weeks on week 6 so I can do it through week 12 when the cyps finally leave my body.

Day 26:

I got to pay back my commo chief for smoking me on legs on wednesday, by smoking him on horizontal push/pull. Hes one of those workout partners that even if he was lifting with Ronnie Coleman, he'd find a way to get one rep of a 800 pound squat just so Ronnie couldn't call him a bitch. He'll get one of any weight that I do. Great for pushing me, but I really don't have that chip on my shoulder where I have to beat him, I'd rather keep my form good. The pump on my right bicep was painful as hell as usual for upper body workouts.

One thing I noticed is, unlike M1T, where I got fairly dramatic strength gains in a short time, I've had minimal strength gains on the majority of my lifts since the start of my cycle. Noticable, but definitly not dramatic. On the other hand, I'd say my recovery time/soreness is cut in half and I've been able to up my volume about 1/3rd. Since I've tapered down the 1-test on the past few injects I've also noticed that my sides are diminishing alot (mainly lethargy, irritability). I think a 2:1 4ADcyp/1Testcyp works much better for me than the 3:2 ratio I started with.
 
Day 27:

weight 252

Did cardio on the elliptical and it felt good. I think my body is finally used to the 20 new pounds. Got leg pull tomarrow. Gotta look forward to Deadlifts!
 
Day 28:

weight- 252.5

Talked to my workout partner and we're gonna do our leg pull workout tomarrow. Probably good so I'll be fully rested. Got another damned ISA mission coming up wednesday through sunday, so I guess I'll just pin a double dose the day I leave again. Looks like I'm gonna run out of M1,4 in about the next 3-4 days.

On a side note........Got my 5 bottles of superdrol!:twisted:
 
Day 29

Weight 250.5

Jacked my back pretty bad doing deadlifts :frustrate :frustrate:frustrate

Cranked out 295 X 6 after doing a few warm up sets, was hitting that a second time and was shooting for 6 again, when I felt my lower back slip. So I stopped and lowered the weight and it happened again. You'd think I'd be smart enough to stop, but I thought, hey, I bet some light good mornings would be good. Goddammit, made it worse. Been walking like a gimp all day with my arms out at my side. Frustrating.

Took a muscle relaxer (flexeral) when I got home and got knocked out. I get the weirdest dreams on those things. Hopefully it'll heal fast. Guess no squats or deadlifts for the next couple weeks. :(
 
Day 30:

weight-251

I had an amazing workout today, matching my PR on lat pulls with 210X5. Also found weights going up across the board on almost every exercise. Really felt good in the gym today. I had to be THAT GUY today, the one who wears a weightlifting belt the entire time. I had to tho, my back hurt so fricking bad every time I even thought about picking up a dumbell. Let me give a poundages update on the main lifts(since I had a good day ;) )

Pull Ups- 5 (-1.....I'm +20 pounds heavier, so I don't feel bad about this one)
Arnold Presses- 35X10 (no change)
Lat Pulls- 210X5 (+15 pounds)
Wide grip Upright rows- 85X10(+2 reps)

Not amazing strength increases in the past 30 days, but weights are going up and I've been doing much higher volume still, so I think I'll keep improving.
 
I see you are taking HCG which I have never used but would like to.

Back in the day you could NOT get Clen, formasin and many other such products where as now you can get them online as research products.

Are there any places which now sell HCG as a research product?

I searched. I couldn't find the HCG thread that had the site that sells it. If you do a search for HCG*, one of the post has a link to a site that sells it. Its supposed to be really expensive tho. I got mine in Egypt for 4 dollars a vial :thumbsup:.

weight- No idea, no scale available.

Finish with M1,4 the other day. Haven't got a chance to workout on this ISA mission....at least theres internet connectivity in the ISA CP this time :).

Gonna start MDHT soon. Hopefully it'll be good stuff......I bought enough of it, so it better be :trout: .
 
Day 34:

weight- 246

I lost all my water weight, and look like I'm carrying less fat than before I started. I think that 16 pounds I'm up is ALL muscle....maybe even a little more, cause I look like I lost some fat around the midsection....its cool to see abs again after losing them for a month :thumbsup: .

Had a great horizontal push/pull workout today. Got a new PR with 210X8 on cable rows. I think I couldve got 225X6 but went for 240 and got 3 ugly reps. I'm getting consistent weekly strength increases on cable movements, but not so much on other movements. Interesting. Has anyone ever experienced this?

My weight is flucuating. Not sure what caused me to go down to 246 one day and then right back up. Did a leg push workout today. Great workout. Based it more around hack squats than regular squats since my backs still a little jacked.

Not really. I took a flexeral last monday after it happened, then again tonight after my leg workout made it hurt again. But youre probably right about the diet thing. Wasn't home for about 4 days and had to basically live off large quanities of MRPs, tuna, and frosted mini wheats.....with the occasional whopper thrown in there :rolleyes:. Way different than more normally very clean diet.

Yep, Fluctuations in your sodium intake can do whacky things to your weight.Especially on AAS.
 
Day 36:

Off day. I'm surprised I weigh as much as I do, I've been having to force myself and remind myself to eat. Thats really a first. Eating normally the easy part for me. Goddamn my outer quad hurts. I did hack squats with feet real close together yesterday. If anyone else needs to bring up their outer quads, those hit them like no other. Got vertical push/pull tomarrow, gonna see if I can get another PR on Lat pulls.
 
Day 37:

Started MDHT at 75 mg ED.

Day 38:

weight- 252.5

My vertical push/pull workout sucked ass today. Every movement I did was painful as hell. I don't know what the deal was. My rotator cuffs were in pain for the lat pulls, upright rows and arnold presses especially. I started taking glucosamine to see if it will help.

Dammit and I already have prostate pain. Its something I'm suceptable to (ephedra makes me feel like I'm pissing glass). I'm not sure how this MDHT **** is going to work out if the prostate thing gets too bad I'm getting off it. On the plus side, I did feel kind of a stimulant effect every time I've used it. I'd compare it to caffeine.
 
The pumps on my cycle have been really quite painful as well..and in weird places. Like when I was doing DB flat press my traps were burning like mofos. Feet get painfully pumped on leg day..its annoying. I have to stop and rest as much with this cycle as I do on a M1T cycle. My endurance is terrible as well. I'm going to run some bloodwork this week to see what lipid values are like. I'll make a thread for it when I get results.

M4OHn makes a nice pre WO boost at 20mg and above.
 
i'm not sure if only 2 days of mdht use could have dried you enough to already lead to joint pain, so that might be attributed to something else ... although i have no idea what

anyway keep rocking out great stuff so far

I was thinking the same thing. I didn't think I would feel anything for a few days at least, but I felt the effects literally 45 minutes after I took it. I've been thirsty as hell since I started taking it. I think it may be drying me out.

Traps on DB flats and feet on leg day?! Thats weird. Excuse my ignorance about bloodwork, but what do lipid values do and how would they affect performance? I understand how the test and estrogen would, but nothing else.

My really not so much the pumps tho. My right bicep was pumped as hell, the same way its been since the first week of my cycle, but I'm used to that pain, its a new different kind of pain around my rotator cuffs that I didn't have before. It almost feels like super lactic acid buildup, especially in the rotator cuff. I'm interested to see how my next workout is. If its the same way, I think I'm going to have to come off this stuff.
 
Anecdotally at least, i think the crash in cholesterol values you get with M1t use might correlate to the lethargy as even people who run a gram of test with M1T feel like crap. It's just a guess on my part. No one really knows.

My jaw muscles get pumped after chewing on chicken..it's stupid, lol.

Interesting, I always heard the lethargy from M1T comes from the lack of test. I thought thats why 4AD combats the lethargy. I'm sure what it does to your cholesterol definitly can't make you feel good, so maybe you're right.

Thats interesting about your experience on M1,4. I'm pretty sure at that dose I'd barely be able to feel it. I think different people respond to different doses. Have you ever tried Dbol? If so whats a good dose of that for you?
 
No DBol, I'd really like to though.

I seem to be super-sensitive to androgens. I can get away with low doses of just about every PH and get decent results. 5 mg of M1T is perfect for me. A 50mg Dbol cycle would probably blow me up like a balloon, lol. The M1,4 is making me one bloaty lil beyatch.
