RK-500/P-Mag/Furazadrol

Also like to note a PR made on curls

2 reps with 155lbs with poor form but I got them up :D

been doing curls with 105 for 3 sets of 8-10 reps
 
Strength is going up nice

I hit 270 on my BB incline today been a while since I hit that.

RK-500 1500 mg ed
Trenadrol 60mg ed

PP FLS at recommended dosage


tried Smash Blue Raz and it rocks

it raised BP up a bit so that is off limits till a month or so :D
 
155lbs curls, very nice as well as your incline!! Trenadrol kicked in I assume?!
 
Looking good learn, 155 on curls is balls. I personally go lighter with curls, i dont do anything i cant get 12 reps of usually. 110 is my cap now that im dropping some weight and my shoulder is bunk.

lol have done 155 b4 but not for 2 reps

Today I am off from lifting. I can say I am very impressed with PMag and the RK500 . Not to mention I feel very confident that the cycle assist is doing its job .:D

I have been leaning out a bit now even with the little bit of cardio that I have done which isnt that much to be honest. I am looking fuller in the mirror and leaner all in 1 which is what my goals are . vascularity is way up and I can see chest and shoulder veins even on days off. If it wasn't for my midsection being so fat I would look ripped as hell lol . ( well I would like to think so )

very impressed so far and I am just about half way through :D lifts are going up nice
 
Do you ever do drag curls? try doing a set then go to hammers awsome pump,at least it was for me.
155lbs BB curls is great, getting better pull strength in those pythons lol
I think im with you learn, if i can get the look i want i dont mind losing more weight, and going below my goal weight.

For the last few days I have not been able to sit down and update my log like I have wanted to . I have just made it through my first bottle of PMag at 75 mg ed :D and thinking of bumping it to 100mg ed . that will leave a few days shy of my 42 day goal but I have some Hdrol on hand and will use that to make up for the rest of the days.I know it is not structurally the same . I have been really happy so far with the PMag and want to test the waters of 100mg . I will be keeping the Trenadrol at 60mg till maybe the last week or so then bump it to 90mg . The Rk-500 is going great as well not 1 bad thing to say about that at all. I am running 1500mg of the RK500 and may bump it up to 2000mg ( 4 caps ). I have seen some decent results so far from this cycle I have to say it has turned into a recomp/ lean bulk . This is partially to my diet not being spot on and the lack of Cardio I hate to do . But I would have to say the Pmag is a great product for lean gains and a always full feeling I have in my muscles.

My mornings have been really lethargic and hard to keep my eyes open . Feels like I am shut down but other than that no signs of shut down. libido is fine :D and the boys are hanging fine :D.

I Have been moody and very aggressive. Almost any little thing may make me blow up . So I am a little more hot headed than I was prior ;)

as far as my results I have been seeing great results in my shoulders and traps . and some leaning in my mid section but I still don't trust my plastic callipers .I think I am going to buy an electronic unit that reads it either by a scale or a hand held ???
 
Bro I haaaaate those lethargic mornings on cycle! I'm used to hopping out of bed, slamming breakfast, and hitting the gym...but on cycle I just want to crash after breakfast.

well sleep or lack of has been the main culprit with all the games ( hockey ) and such I haven't had propper sleep and working 7 days now :sleeping:

Ha Ha, no one has slept in Pittsburgh for 4 months with all these championships to celebrate :rofl:

...seriously though, Detroit has been good to Pittsburgh. The city was welcoming for the SB a few years back and the Wings fans are good sports as far as I can tell. You are good hockey fans but don't get out of control, like in Philly for example. Plus in general, you seem to know hockey as well as we know football.

our foot ball team ( if you want to call them a team ) they just plain suck

Our baseball team hasn't really won anything since 1984 lol

but we do have a great hockey team and basketball team no doubt


I am not a sports fan really but i like to watch the play offs every year ( that's because Detroit is in them every year cough cough ) and I watch football on thanks giving just because Detroit is alway on . lol to bad they can't win .
