I get those Jenny O turkey burgers every week too. Check out Bed Bath and Beyond to get a microwave plate (they're like 6 or 7 bucks). All the fat drips out, almost as good as using a grill.

You put the burgers in there still in the bag for 1:40. Open the bag, 1:40. Flip the burgers, 1:40. Just enough time to slice up tomatoes and onions for the burgers :head:

Updates

last week I had injured my shoulder again and could hardly sleep. I would move a little bit and wake up :( the pain is now gone :D this happened last year and it lasted for 4 months I was scared I f@cked it up again .

On Sunday I was doing some pull-ups just to add something in . I was grilling some chicken breast and went over to my kids monkey bars and started to rack out some pull-ups. well in the end I did 6 sets of 10 for a total of 60 reps . I felt great I had about 1-3 min in between sets but that had to of been one of the best back workouts I had in a long time.

On Monday I did bies tries and legs . Nothing but a great work out . My workouts are starting to get more enjoyable .

Had a killer arm and leg workout last night strength is starting to go up day by day I cant wait for it to peak out . Diet has been pretty dam clean with little to no cheats besides on the BDay :D I had 2 pieces of cake YUMMMM . we get it from a little Italian bakery with whipped cream frosting .

and libido is up :D

today I felt a little back pump and you know what it felt good lol. I will start to add in taurine starting at 3 grams ed and go from there.
 
Pullups are the rocks for back workouts. I cant doem right now cause of my shoulder:worried:. Im not a big cake guy, i do shovel ice cream though, at least once a week:dance2:

even when my shoulder is messed up I can still do pullups but no push movements ??? go figure

that's very typical for bodybuilding types of shoulder injuries. Let us know what push movements bother your shoulder, and I'll give you some options for how to adjust them so you can do them with less pain.

Btw, PMag kept my libido real strong through the whole run. I know the Trenadrol has a tendency to lower libido after a while, but maybe it won't be so pronounced with Pmag in the picture. We shall see.
 
looks good learn,you got some good lats going already bro. Doing those pullups while your strength is real good they'll probably get better definition and size to them. What are those muscles by the chest and lat area called they look like ribs? I need to get more definition in that area, ive got bf there around my chest hard to get rid of.
besides dieting, Do you have any pointers how to get rid of this?

At 1 time I could not do shoulder presses /flat bench nor incline that lasted almost 4 months . even a push up would kill me. It was 1 year ago and I was going on vacation and just driving had me almost in tears. I had to pull over to get aspirins . It was that bad . It happened at the beginning of my Epistane/Methyl-Plex cycle 30/30 for 5 weeks. I made it through just doing pull ups /curls/and legs :(

also my father is in the Hospital again. He had a kidney removed and 2/3Rd's of the other removed about a year ago. He has been in and out of the dam hospital with issues every since. If for some reason I am not on ANY boards you will know why.

The back of my shoulder hurts on BB flat bench and flys.
I did turn my wrist a bit at the bottom of the fly which helped a bit.
Any suggestions on bench?

I had rotator cuff pain so bad I ended getting a cortisone shot which helped a lot with physical therapy and exercises.
I haven't kept up with the exercises which is probably why I have pain now:(

I spoke to him on the phone last night and he was to tired to really talk. I was going to go see him but he was falling asleep as it was. I guess after 4-6 hours of dialysis that makes him lethargic. They did get him on some steroids to help with the water in the lungs and around his heart . He seemed to be in better spirits. I can only hope things get better. The stress from this sucks.


As it always happens I always start a cycle when work is slow and never fails we are back up from 32 hours :D to unlimited :684: but gotta get the chee$e while you can. I have a hard workout planned for tonight.



My weight is going up and slight decrease in bf% so far as noted on 1st page. I am waiting for my strength to shoot up any day now :dunno:
 
Indeed. Also, you must count in the factor of stress, which I'm sure is understandably high right now. Just continue to push through, man.
Most of that is probably water weight bro, i wouldnt worry about that, most people fluctuate like 5-7 pounds, sometimes daily, especially lifters.

well i hope your dad gets feeling better and gets to just go home and relax.I understand about these situations when your folks get sick and the stress ,your worried all day and night about them.Well hope things go towards the better soon for you learn.

What is the glaring difference between pmag and hdrol? They both seem to be more of a cutting/recomp agent. What do you guys think of the following would best suit a summer lean/cutting/recomp stack

you wont wantto run both Hdrol and Pmag as they are really close in structures. The Hdrol is more of a recomper and the PMag is more along the lines of ********er/recomp and strength . it also acts as a nice libido booser :D.
other than that it sounds great, I am half tempted to try a dif brand fur. and see how it goes . I saw it for sale today for 15$ a bottle for the 33mg caps :D

but I doubt I will order anything . I already take way to much stuff .
 
Update:

I bumped up the RK500 to 1500mg ed :D I took 1000mg at 1 time wow the warming feeling I felt and the sweet was pouring out !!. I split the dose into 3 times today 500/500/500 . As far as the Pmag and the Trenadrol goes still at 75mg PMag and 60 mg Trenadrol. I just got in my order from Primordial Performance the FLS and am going to add that in the mix I want to friggin lean out for the beach...

Well, i ran out of whiteflood, so i looked in my cupboard and used the last little bit of SMASH i had...wow, that stuff taste great, and does the job well. Wish i had more of it....didnt realize how good the stuff was.

so any how what all are you putting into this run learn.You dont have much fat on you to lose that i seen in the photo.Are trying to get more ripped? how far down are you willing to go weight wise?I know you'll get some muscle size, so you might turn out to be a lean mean machine when its over lol

I am looking a lot leaner in the mirror from what I can tell :D this has to be the RK-500 at this point . but it also could be the Pmag kicking in and aiding the RK-500 :D

Sides : have been almost non existent only a few pimples and 1-2 back pumps that were very minor.

I have noticed that in the mirror I look leaner and weight is still +1~2 lbs up . My weight is back up from the other day . Starting to think that I read the scale wrong lol???
