I like Ribose, and from what I've been reading up on in research for performance as well as longevity its got a good track record, I started taking it again after six years and the results so far have been good to go, my lifts are up as well as my overall energy has been improved, I do have one question and hopefully any fellow AM members can follow up. Ribose, from my understanding is a sugar ( looking at my supplement facts it says 1 scoop is 2grms of D-Ribose, 9 calories with sugar being at 2.2 grams ) does this in any way dissipate the effects of stim's and how would someone go about timing this, for example something like RPM.
