I can not believe my last post was 15 months ago.... As some of you know I had some crazy things going on, my wife had to take a job 12 hours away and I moved into an illegal basement apartment for nearly a year which resulted in bad pneumonia for 4 months (literally felt like passing out after a flight of stairs) and well.... I've gotten soft! Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know, I'm back! Expect to see me around and maybe I'll post some before and afters once I recomp back into shape.
