These guys (purists) would recommend Nutra's resV (99% purity) over Stoked (50% purity). Not sure why - but they've the experience.
Therefore, it is likely that at least a portion of resveratrol is unzipped from its protective carrier by the glucuronidase enzyme and could be converted back to free resveratrol. Since tissue or serum beta-glucuronidase enzyme activity is elevated in certain diseased tissues, such as cancer, liver diseases, and AIDS, resveratrol would be targeted and released more so in these tissues than in healthy ones. Researchers state that “these observations… raise the possibility that glucuronidation of resveratrol may have a role in detoxification, disposition, and prolongation of the effectiveness of resveratrol in humans.”
Still I think the most effective part of SA is the 7,8 benzoflavone.
.
agreed. other products with resveratrol didnt get me like SA did. the combo of the two is killer.

Really?
More shocking news.
Yup, seems to kick in quicker...
Scrotum administration like 1HP?or are you not that hardcore?
It might itch, depends on the weather, soaps etc
nothing new here :nervous:
I never thought that resveratrol works with tendinitis. Is it good or bad for our health please suggest me.
My Achilles heal tendinitis has finally gone away after reducing my intake from once a day to once a week. Took about 6 weeks to disappear. Sleep has improved too.
Yeah high zinc will deplete copper, without copper being around. ZMA should contain copper to maintain the zinc IMO. Then again since I've never taken it (and never will) I can't comment.
resV deplete copper is a bit worrying. Just started mine BTW using Nutra's for the time being.
I also eat a lot of nuts and I try to sneak in some dark chocolate too, which apparently is also a good source of copper. Like most supplements, they likely have different effects on each individual. I'm just glad I figured it out!
I read that quercetin may actually limit the bio-availability of t-res. any truth to this?
Where did you read this, and can you post it?

Thanks, smart ass. :borladuck:How about reading the first post in this thread :borladuck:
I'm taking MST ZMK and eat nuts every day.. I get enough copper in![]()
Thanks, smart ass. :borladuck:
What sort of nuts ? Brazil, almond and walnuts were what I was recommended.
All nuts are equal, but some nuts are more equal than others...
Ohh .... do you precisely regulate your O3 to O6 in your total diet? Wow that is a precise diet if so. Really precise.
Also why cashews - that is news to me? I wasn't aware there was anything special in them. Well thats what I was told. Also would you grind your walnut/etc.... ratio to maximize the absorption? (I was going to write do you grind your nuts - but I thought given the hijacks on this thread - it wasn't a good idea)
to remove excess minerals as this should theoratically aid in longetivity.
Wow never heard that, do you have a source or could you explain a bit more about that?
BTW which multi do you use 1HP? (sorry for the off topic question)

Found a nice link for you explaining it all:

Scroll down to the bit about Iron overload and calcification.
Yeah I do indeed......
I also do some minreal chelating, take IP6, resveratrol, vitmain D3/K2 etc to remove excess minerals as this should theoratically aid in longetivity.
IP6.. I dunno what this is.
Well I expect to see you posting on here for the next 100 years or so![]()
Do you do mineral hair analysis? The idea is that the true mineral composition of your body is locked in your hair. Plus all the pollution stuff. I was going to do this but haven't yet got around to having my hair cut. Its reasonably priced, cheaper than saliva hormone screens.
IP6.. I dunno what this is.
I didn't know what this is either, after a quick search I found that it is also known as Inositol Hexaphosphate, it chelates heavy metals, and impedes their oxidation.
Please correct me if I'm wrong 1HP
"Iron can also be removed by intravenous EDTA chelation therapy, or more conveniently and economically by the use of IP6 rice bran extract, available at health food stores or online (brands: Jarrow, Source Naturals, Purity Products). The consumption of IP6 rice bran extract on an empty stomach with water will chelate (remove) excess iron and other heavy metals from the liver, kidneys, gallbladder, brain, heart and other organs. IP6 does not remove iron from red blood cells. If IP6 is used excessively for long periods of time it could induce anemia, which would cause symptoms of fatigue, paleness, craving of acidic foods (tomatoes) and cold hands and feet."
