Up and at it ladies and gents. Today is legs. Possibly a spilt gym rotation of legs and chest today so I can get my gym schedule in the rotation I like. Which is mon-sat with Sunday off.

Today I'm eating junk lol. Starting Monday is calorie counting. Portion and quality control. So today I'm splurging to get it outta my system. Other than that Chinese I mangled yesterday I've been eating really clean. Time to buckle down though. Sat and Sunday I'll eat how I want. Healthy but to be full. Count Cals and readjust and plan accordingly starting first thing Monday a.m.

I feel like a failure at splurging lol. I've had the breakfast I showed this morning. A salad. 4 slices of pizza and a grilled cheese. Feel like I should be eating more extravagantly
 
Sometimes the splurges can prevent overeating every day.
 
I agree. That's why I'm doing it honestly. Cause I'm about to get super strict with my diet. Just feel like I should be having more junk than I've consumed. Haha

This is a brand new pwo for me. When I bought this tub months ago I was on my 3rd tub of ignite2 from finaflex and I felt like it wasn't as strong. So I looked for a similar pwo from a different company to try. My plans was to run it with stimul8 just as I am now. I'll run it till its gone. Giving some updates and preference to it along the way. But for today...

Mix ability- the fastest and easiest dissolving pwo I've taken

Taste- as far as pwo go it wasn't bad but I wouldn't want it as kool aid

So far the results I was hoping for. That pwo that just makes me feel stronger in the gym.

Yeah everything is super light weights for now. Trying to be somewhat smarter about my conditioning. I don't heal as well as I used to.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I think if I weren't pressed for time so early on the morning of more prefer one. When the other gym goers come up and talk to me it completely details my training plans.

Exactly. Me and troop used to be able to go to the gym. Never speak a word and work out phenomenally together. He's MIA from here. Off doing something fancy I suppose

I know right. I never speak to anyone lmfao. What I hate the most is when ur doing a lift they have never seen then when u explain it to them they tell u how ur doing it wrong.

Not today. Had some unscheduled but very necessary appointments pop up. As far as training , the start I wanted today, will just have to wait, until tomorrow. Diet is getting dialed in and I should have a pretty good scope of it up sometime today

Psh. Just wrapped my day up. Had next to no calories at all. Not even bad ones lol. No gym. Grrr. Start regular tomorrow. Just no rest day for the first two weeks to swing rotation back on track
