Thinking about what I want for dinner. Haven't had much of an appetite all day. Or even ate much all day. Was gonna be big steak meal but don't wanna get 1/2 way through and finish. Decisions decisions lol

Man my food it rarely as pretty as yours!! Glad you are feeling better! Be nice to yourself and allow your body to heal!
 
Lol. It ain't gotta be pretty just delicious. I mostly post my meals cuz it keeps me accountable to not stuff my face full of junk. And Ty. I am feeling better. Hurting my back so early on might have actually helped. I'm focusing on light weights , high volume , slow and controlled movements. Allowing my body to catch up with how strong I "think" I am.

Love me some protein pancakes with turkey sausage. I'll usually eat about 12 of the pancakes with syrup so I have to count them as a cheat meal... but use 2 scoops of protein powder in them!

Have you tried the Franks Sriracha sauce yet? Just saw it the other daw. I guess everyone has to get their hands on the flavor.
 
We have that Slammin' Sriracha Franks up here too. Another good one is 'Bollywood' by Franks Red Hot.

Got a lot going on today till mid afternoon. Prolly hit the gym up then. Be on the road most of the day. Try and keep my calories clean and moderated
