I've always gotten up this early. It's family tune after work, so this is my only time. An occasional lunchtime lift.

Arms are always fun! Was arms day for me too.
Frigging rain sucked. All weekend and then again yesterday afternoon. It's putting a damper on bike week here.
 
Wrecked it. Arms about to burst. Bi/tri super sets. Some band work. Forearm super sets as well. Few rounds on speed bag and 5 mins on the bike. I'm so outta shape. 207 this morning. 185-190 is my target. Breakfast shots up shortly

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tbsp salsa

1 slice wheat bread
2 tbsp all natty pb
 
Gotta get me more salsa today. I've been loving the spicier stuff recently.
 
My favorite "quick" lunch: large can of chicken, half cup rice, 5 tablespoons of salsa. Quick easy nutritional!
 
U want awesome chicken and salsa?? Take that can. Triple it. I big jar of salsa. A can of black beans. Cook in the crock pot. Big pile of jasmine or basmati rice I think is best. Put that on top. Super good
 
Sounds like my dinner...add in some Greek yogurt on top and sprinkle crumbled up Quest Protein Chips on top. I know what my dinner is tonight...lol
 
Just like sour cream when mixed in with the rice, chicken, and salsa. Large burrito without the tortilla in a bowl...lol
Some guacamole is good too!

I have been neglecting my core, mostly. Every now and then when I do crunches I can't even bend over to pick up my bag without getting an excruciating cramp. lol
 
Squats work the core...lol well, really front squats more so.

Try Giant Eagle Market District for healthy stuff. My fat broke ass don't shop there, but they might have what you're looking for. What part of Pgh you in?
 
I'm like 40 mins from pgh in blairsville. U in pa?? I know where that awesome giant eagle market district is out there in greentree/ Robinson area. Up on cambels run road I believe

Yup, I'm a little west of the airport. There's also an online supp shop that has a store on Campbell's run just a mile down from that very same Giant Eagle, toward the city. It's called Supplement Central. I was pretty sure there might be other Giant Eagle Market Districts sprinkled throughout the area, but that one is only a half hour away from me.

Yeah up in all the warehouses. I pop in there occasionally for some Purus stuff or to search the bargain bins.

That's hilarious. I just went there Sunday but it was closed. I'm not from here. Wv originally. U know of any other supp stores close by that are worth checking out??

I was born and raised in PA but mere yards from the northern panhandle and I currently train in Weirton. My dad is moving to Aurora this summer in the eastern panhandle, and I'm doing a meet in Fairmont in June. Mountaineers are my people!

As far as good supp shops, eh. I like the vitamin Shoppe up on Settler's Ridge right by the Giant Eagle. They have finaflex and that's good enough for me. We have a million GNCs, but eh.

Only thing I'm a fan of at gnc is quest bars. But I think gnc is carrying finaflex from what I seen on their site
 
Yep, they carry our products now. Should be a Trader Joes around your area, I think. Do a google search for it. Amazon has just about anything you could look for also...

Yeah, been one for almost a year I think. Muscle Fiber, Active Amino, Creatine Energy, Stimul8, New Max Pump, and G8 are all staples I use on a regular basis. Muscle Fiber is a must!

Looking forward to trying the new Max Pump. I'm very happy with the Active Aminos, considering I loved the previous BCAA/SAA.
