8oz almond milk
4 oz egg whites
4 oz water
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 scoop chocolate/peanut butter powder

Today was shoulders. Nothing heavy. Some speed bag work for cardio. Been outta the gym for 7-8 months so just doing some conditioning type lifting. I'll jump back into a nice 5x5 routine in a few weeks.
 
Slow and easy. You'll be back in no time.

It's tough when it's been awhile unclean. I'm in that same boat. Gotta pick up some quest bars for the cravings.

Having my last shake for today. Then before I crash I'll finish out my daily supp regiment with some g8 and some joint health stuff.
 
The sky fell here last night too. The thunder woke me up, but as soon as the rain pounded the roof I was out. I love it.
 
Well I been awake pretty much all night tossing and turning. Been a while since my body had stims and supps all day. G8 didn't even knock me out and it always does lol
 
Gym is still s couple hrs away yet but slowly trudging through my morning and getting most of my day prepped. Arms on the agenda today. Bi/tri/forearm. Maybe some neck and light cardio as well.
