6:15 here and cold as fawk!! My wife came home from work last night and the benefits of the 4-AD were kicking in strong so instead of hitting bis had more of a full body workout ;)

No sides from the pwo yesterday so just drank another killer pre concoction and about to hit the weights!!!

Today was one of those days where the theme song would be Break Stuff. Started off good, got up hit the crap out of biceps and went in for a UA. Had to piss so bad I could barely hold it right up until I walked through the door. I ended up having to sit around for 30 minutes before I was ready to go (strike 1). Went to the post office to mail some supps a guy bought off me checked my phone for his address and phone dies didn't have a charger in the car (strike 2).
Got pulled over by a cop for a taillight out that I didn't know about (strike 3). Damn it lol. Oh well tomorrow's another day.

Thanks brother!! He followed me for a good 1/4 mile too. It's not going to be fun switching that bulb out today either. It's supposed to be negative teens all day.
 
Hit chest tonight at home. Aggression is really starting to increase lately and finding it easier and easier to push past sticking points.

Aggression is great for pushing past plateaus. That's quite a lot of volume! Chest must be smoldering. Nice job Beast!
 
Back day today still going with the GVT. I need to up weight on every lift next time. Wasn't easy to hit every rep but I never got to the point where reps 7-10 on the later sets was a struggle.

Took my last dose of 4-AD tonight, and will start pct in the morning. This has been a very successful cycle. Didn't really feel much stronger but did put on 9 pounds and most of it seems to be muscle, and my endurance has been up as well. So all in all I'm chalking it up as a win! Trained biceps tonight fueled by Tigers Blood Gameday which I had never tried..I have really been missing out! Energy was great and it tastes amazing!

Day 1 of pct today. I am not a fan of the liquid nova. Not the best tasting stuff that's for sure. Trained chest tonight, weight is 178

Still no effects to report although I've noticed I was very frustrated and quick tempered most of the day. Maybe from coming off cycle I'm thinking. Shoulders today and possibly back later.

Strength wasn't there today at all. Even ate a carb heavy meal an hour before and took a Gameday/Krea Pump combo pre. Was pretty shaky so that could've been part of the reason.

It's the weather. Cold as fudge and dreary as heck. It's a small setback.

What is your temp up there right now? It dipped down to 28 degrees for us the last couple of mornings, and that is cold for me. Anything below 40 and I will wear pants, but above 40 is shorts. I hate wearing pants.

Indeed we are but then I guess that's one of the reasons we put in the work.

The high today was a balmy 23 degrees lol
 
Shoulder day today. Gotta love struggling to wash your hair afterwards lol!!! I've noticed a slight increase in libido and just overall feeling of well being.

I don't really wash my 'hair', because I usually don't have much. I just use my Dial soap bar for everything. But I know what you mean, it gets tough to touch the top of your head, even the back of your neck sometimes

Any cliff notes to add from the cycle, obviously aside from PCT? Weight numbers, lift numbers, general feeling (alpha &/or sides), recomp effects, etc. I'm lookin at running mine like this (side dependent):

Halo: 50/75/75/100/100/125
Tvar: 60/75/75/75/75/90
4-AD: 3/3/3/3/3/3

Thanks man! I like your halo dosing protocol and with your tvar doses you should have less issues with bp then I did. I ran it 90mg ed for 5 weeks and it had my bp all jacked. My aggression was up but not significantly definitely not as much as I was hoping for. I did put on 9 pounds even though I got hit with the flu and that put a big damper on the gains I had made to that point. Strength increase was decent, but again not as much as I had hoped for. All in all I was happy with the cycle however next time I'm going to up my halo to 100mg ED

Run the Halo for 75 the first wk & keep it all 100 even during the last wk. Thank me later. Faster spool up starting higher & blood pressure won't be as unbearable the last wk. If you're stacking Halo you never need over 100. And it can work in a stack as low as 50mg (how you have it should be fine). Tvar dosing is largely based on the individual. Some ppl get noticeable results at just 60mg; other experienced guys have run north of 250mg & lived to tell the tale. 90mg is a very common dose for anyone to see results with, so probably not terrribly worthwhile going higher than 90mg. AMS 4-AD for me gets diminishing returns above 4 tabs/day, so 3 should treat you very well. 4 was also great but 6 wasn't really noticeable over 4.

Still, 9 lbs with a flu disruption is a pretty solid cycle IMO! Thanks big guy.

Had a really weird day today. Started out really bad so I hit the weights right away to use that fuel. Killed bis and tris then things went south again shortly after but I just shrugged it off as one of those days. Got to work and it went great and its been good since.

Today is 1 week into pct and I feel good. My training hasn't suffered, libido is good, and weight has maintained. I've been getting a good sweat going again during training.....Gameday possibly? Also having nightsweats which I'm assuming is the nolva
