Reggie's Shedding the Fat with AMPilean

Starting tomorrow my doses will generally be late morning or early afternoon. I'm hoping this will cure my late afternoon cravings, would be nice if it helps with the late night cravings as well. I also am going to include 1 GVT style moment each training day. Today was biceps and shoulders.

Showering after was definitely a chore, and today there is doms already.
 
Back and triceps today. Still looking bloated. I've cut back on salt and increased H2O intake, hopefully this will remedy the problem.

My weight has shot back up to 178 since last time I weighed myself. Not exactly sure what's going on. Went with a high volume chest day today. Hope that burns a few more calories

This is a killer. The left dumbell kept trying to slip away from the right one.

I like the push-ups at the end. I sometimes do the same but with flat BB bench with 135. The number of reps is the rest time, badass, love it

push ups after on chest day....every other day sit ups at the end...for me i find sit ups much more effective at end of routine, particulary after cardio. when i run at the track i will just drop down and do sit ups at end of run, it seriously seems to help development of abs better at end of routine!!!

Agree, Ab work at the end of the lifting session.
 
I actually do abs after every training session. I do a different exercise everyday of the week. It's just my last exercise for chest on that day is some sort if burnout. Wether it's push-ups, light bench, etc. then I do an ab exercise.

I used to do this also. Recently I haven't had as much time, but there's no reason not to at least SS them on your last few sets.
 
Just whooped my own ass doing biceps and shoulders. Had a great sweat going!!! Left elbow has been bothering me today but nothing I couldn't work through!
