If your a peanut butter fan, mix normal marshmallow fluff with peanut butter, wow! One of the best cheat foods, for me anyway

Absolutely!! Nice job brother.

So what's with the 170 weight target!? IMHO that's too low. I'm 5'6" and 167 (no idea on BF) and you have about 4 inches on me. Shouldn't your target weight be higher? Did I miss a goal? Is there a BB competition you are going for?

I am looking at competing in August, but for now I just think I look my best between 170-173. If I could build enough muscle to be this lean at 190 I would prefer that but for now this is kind of the sweet spot for me.
 
Finally got my house back to normal. We've had some of my wife's family here for the last few days and although I love em and their kids it's sooooo nice having some peace and quiet :D

stonger than i expected, now that i have dosing down and sleep issues under control i like it. stuff lasts a LOOONG time

I did the same a few years ago. How that little shot hurt so bad is beyond me.
