I've been wrapping my wrists when I feel the pain like you are. It helps take some pressure off the wrist. Still think flat bench skull crushers are better than incline. Smhs. Nice work as always beast!

So your sets lasts 30 sec and your rests are 15 sec?
Ya 30 seconds, continuous reps (keeping form but not stopping at any time) then rest for 15 seconds and repeat.
