I've been wrapping my wrists when I feel the pain like you are. It helps take some pressure off the wrist. Still think flat bench skull crushers are better than incline. Smhs. Nice work as always beast!

Ya 30 seconds, continuous reps (keeping form but not stopping at any time) then rest for 15 seconds and repeat.
 
Wrist isn't too bad tonight. Wasn't able to make it to the gym for legs so decided to do what I could here and work in chest as well. Interesting thing happened during one of my incline sets...out of nowhere the lightbulb shattered. Unfortunately it's right above my bench. Didn't get cut but had to take about a 10 minute break in the middle to clean up all the glass. Reminded me of that movie The Natural when Redford hits the lights it was the same popping sound.

I call those "dumbbell destruction" sets! The pump is amazing.
 
I tried Guillotine curls last week and loved them. Got a great pump and had bicep DOMs, which I don't always get after arm day.
 
Haven't eaten much today. For one I've been busy and haven't really been that hungry. My daughter got sent home from school today due to a fever so really hoping she gets over it quick and my wife and I don't come down with it.

Put my pull-up bar the best I could. It's one that mounts to the frame but living in a trailer the frames are too close to the ceiling so I just looped it over the door. Held up today so may keep doing it that way.

Looking nice and lean man, wouldn't take much to be absolutely ripped. Nice chest workout, I like the different angles. Your definitely hitting everything.

Feeling pretty good today aside from some doms from yesterday's leg training. Right elbow is a little stiff also but that should work its way out.

Took a couple of days off as I wasn't feeling the best and figured I'd give my old bones a break lol. Back at it today with chest and will hit shoulders tonight. Joints were a little stiff but warmed them up fairly quickly. Diet has been so so, carbs are a little higher than I'd like and more sugar than I need. My only downfall

I'm having a hard time here with the weather & working out..... It's was a disgusting 87 deg.out today! Can't do $hit with out being super sticky... I know , ....... Stop complaining:) . I love winter here but this is BS.

I'm about 45 miles east of Los Angeles California.
It's sick,hot here the last few days. I look forward to working out in the cold seasons. I got ripped off. Lol

Speed bags are so nice to have. Really does a number on the shoulders after about 10 min.

My blood sugar dropped shortly after we finished for some reason. Could've been due to skipping lunch and training instead. I drank 16oz of juice and was feeling fine in a matter of minutes.

It was really cool getting to train with my brother over the last couple of days. He has a pretty sweet set up. Just wished he lived closer.

Weight is still at 173, joints felt great!!

My brother is getting there. He has only been at it for about 7 months but has already changed his physique tremendously. He's also 10 years younger than me so should have no trouble catching me lol
