Reduction of Refractory period

Given all the threads about libido, I don't see a lot concerning the refractory period. That's progressively getting worse and worse for me as I age. I'm 36 now. I mean, I can still knock out 2 in one session, (which I guess is pretty good for my age), but it's not as automatic as in the past. So now, I blast one off, keep on thrusting as my ol'willie goes soft, and after a few minutes it's erect again. Was wondering if their's anything to keep it full steam ahead the whole time.

I've taken IGF-2 and Powerfull in the past, and know they helped somewhat, but was wanting other opinions.

You should look into the lowering of prolactin to decrease your refractory period (and libido/mounting behaviour).

Powerfull plus P5P.

DTP - very good
DTH
Aspire 36 - EXCELLENT for this

I'm stacking Aspire 36 and DTH soon. Can't wait.

Those help with erection for me, but do nothing for prolactin-induced refractory period.

yea why would cabergoline be a bad idea? I heard it makes your sex life insane with almost zero refractory period.

Because of this:

Valvular heart disease
In two studies published in the New England Journal of Medicine on January 4, 2007, cabergoline was implicated along with pergolide in causing valvular heart disease.[2][3] Both drugs are ergot-derived dopamine agonists, although their molecular skeletons are different. As a result of this, the FDA removed pergolide from the U.S. market on March 29, 2007.[4] Since cabergoline is not approved in the U.S. for Parkinson's Disease, but for hyperprolactinemia, the drug remains on the market. The lower doses required for treatment of hyperprolactinemia have been found to be not associated with clinically significant valvular heart disease or cardiac valve regurgitation.[5][6]

Side effects
Approximately 200 patients with newly diagnosed Parkinson's disease participated in a clinical study of cabergoline monotherapy. Seventy-nine (79) percent reported at least one side effect. These side effects were chiefly mild or moderate:

GI tract: Side effects were extremely frequent. Fifty-three percent of patients reported side effects. Very frequent: Nausea (30%), constipation (22%), and dry mouth (10%). Frequent: Gastric irritation (7%), vomiting (5%), and dyspepsia (2%).
Psychiatric disturbances and central nervous system (CNS): Altogether 51 percent of patients were affected. Very frequent: Sleep disturbances (somnolence 18%, insomnia 11%), vertigo (27%), and depression (13%). Frequent: dyskinesia (4%) and hallucinations (4%).
Cardiovascular: Approximately 30 percent of patients experienced side effects. Most frequent were hypotension (10%), peripheral edema (14%) and non-specific edema (2%). Arrhythmias were encountered in 4.8%, palpitations in 4.3%, and angina pectoris in 1.4%.

It's a prescripition grade medicine which works on the dopamine system. Playing around with that has the potential to cause severe issues. But yeah it gives you pornstar ability.

Pramipexole is considered a more safe substitute, no hearth valve issues, but it does have some side effects aswell:

Some of the more common side effects of pramipexole include:[8][9]

Changes in appetite and weight
Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting, especially when standing up (orthostatic hypotension)
Drowsiness
Hallucinations (seeing, hearing, or feeling things that are not there)
Nausea
Insomnia
Twitching, twisting, or other unusual body movements
Unusual tiredness or weakness

IOW these are medicine grade, not "health" supplements and are in a different league then something like Powerfull, B6, Vitex et al.

and lol:

Several unusual adverse effects of pramipexole (and related D3-preferring dopamine agonist medications such as ropinirole) may include compulsive gambling, hypersexuality, and overeating,[10] even in patients without any prior history of these behaviours.[11] Other compulsive behaviors, such as excessive shopping and even cross-dressing, have been reported.[12] These side effects are thought to be linked to the D3 activity of pramipexole, as D3 receptors are heavily expressed in brain regions involved in mood, behavior, and reward.[13]

Messing with your pituitary gland for a good night of sex, mm no thanks.

Plus you'll have prolactin rebound.

Just not a good idea. Stay away from the script's, that's my 02 take it how you want it

Exactly

Prami, Caber. Those sides are usually from long term high dosing a few weeks of rec use you will surely be ok!

Read the first post, OP seems to be looking for a long term solution and I assume one with as few health risks as possible, probably OTC aswell. Quite something else then I used tren/deca and my willy doesnt work anymore and I need a quick fix to get it working again.

It seems partly to do with assessing risk and the consequences of risk taking. Cross-dressing, shopping and binge eating ... perhaps there is a gender difference in D3 activity?

Anyway go for it and see if your partner appreciates the new 'you'.
