Reduce xt

I understand it's critical to take pre training and upon waking but why before bed when your cortisol is at its lowest point in the day anyway? I feel like it isn't worth it taking reduce xt before bed. Any input on here?
 
Most people dose upon waking, 4 hrs later, then pre or post workout. I think the label says take it pre bed but I don't think anyone actually does.
 
I have been taking it once with breakfast, then around lunch and dinner. just spread three of them out throughout the day. you can take two but i would recommend 3
