The hdl is low, yes, but I've seen other people's even lower from a shorter amount of time on. I was pretty amazed that ldl dropped also, most peoples' skyrocket. Reading through the thread, you'll see all the stuff that I take daily, some if it geared directly towards cholesterol support. I don't know of anything else that I could really add in, but if someone knows of something I'd be willing to look into it.
Honestly, I'm not that worried about it right now. I'm no longer taking superdrol (the culprit here in lowering hdl), and I think with how my bloodwork came back so far, and with 4 weeks off of use, it should get back close to normal. Of course then it will take another hit with the last 4 weeks of superdrol, but that was the whole point of structuring the use like I did. HDL will only be "low" for relatively short periods of time. Then again, we'll see how the bloodwork comes back 4 weeks from now right before the superdrol starts again. Be smart - get bloodwork.![]()

Okay dude! i am getting jelouse of the kind of gains that you are making ****. If i am unable to reach my desired goal in this bulking cycle, i might end up doing this same cycle you are doing for my last bulking cycle in December or January. But instead of using superdrol i will opt for Ergomax Lmg. First i have to get my blood work done see where i stand.

Last meal of the day has 1 Tbsp EVOO, and the 10 grams of Fish oil in it. Where would you recommend that I get in the flax and saff oil?

Today I went in the gym and did a super short condensed workout of what it would normally be, because I had to push monday's workout back to tuesday and I need to be recovered by Friday. I may have fucked that up though, because I did standing calf raises today, and during my set, I felt my spine at the bottom get *really* compressed from the weight, so I stopped immediately. It's since been hurting me all night.Let's hope this works itself out by Friday.
Ex, thanks for the comment man. I talked to Iron Addict earlier today and he pounded it into my head that I should be DAMN happy with a 15 lb. increase.I'm past it, whatever, it'll go up again at the 9 week mark.
