Recreating Creatine? Creatrona Log- Rahl ~sponsored

Seriously lacking sleep going into this one. Not for any good reason just working late and having to unwind a bit after. I've learned that I'm better off staying up later until my mind relaxes than trying to go to sleep. In the end I get more rest by going to bed later. Didn't sleep much more last night though either. Lol anyway, pretty solid workout for being as tired as I was.

Nah. It wouldn't have mattered man. It's simply a matter of not leaving time for sleep right now. I'm sleeping fine once I get there but in working so much I'm having trouble finding the time. I won't work the evenings. I spend that time with my kids. After they go to bed I get back to work. I won't sacrifice that time with them for money. I look at any work as selling my time with my kids. It's priceless time that I'll never get back so if it costs me sleep so be it. It's worth it all.

Well the run is done. I have to say I was pretty sad shaking those last 4 caps out of the bottle! LOL

Creatrona has just taken it's place in my top 3 creatine supplements. I would really like to (and probably will) pick up enough to run for a few months solid and see just how long the strength gains can keep coming. Over the run here I picked up considerable strength. I also put on 6-7 lbs but that may be attributed to the fact that I started a bulk diet at the same time. My calories were only about 300-500 higher than normal though.

This stuff gives ridiculous pumps at 4 pills preworkout. For fun, try 6. That was a great pump. Similar in strength to Creatine Nitrate without the pain part.

I hit PR's in Bench and Squat throughout the run. I wish I had been deadlifting to see if that would have hit new highs too. That's an experiment for another day I guess!

I saw no excessive bloat while using this product which I know is a big concern for many with creatine products. I'm not terribly prone to bloat anyway but for me this was one of the better in this dept.

For what they are charging for this stuff you cant go wrong. I personally really like having a capped creatine product but I know that they have released the powder also if you prefer that method of dosing. At any rate I highly recommend giving this a try. Very solid creatine product and let's face it, we all need creatine. :)

Thanks again to DW and AL for letting me log this one out. This high dose run was a whole lotta fun!

True but stength gain is not always there and progression still works to give gains. For example I sometimes to make it all the way back up to 100% capacity on all my lifts but still get the benefit of the progression. That's why it's important for an old fugger like me as I have seen better strength days.

No doubt, you don't ever have to hit 100% max effort to keep progressing a nice deload will keep that all in check or simply changing the lift or reps scheme.

Chris, you hit right on what I believe is a huge part of my shoulder pain. I've been trying to sleep differently as I do sleep exactly the way you describe with my arms above. In going to give you system a **** for a while bro. Appreciate the tip.

What I normally do for progression is allow myself to get considerably higher reps at a weight before actually moving it up to a new weight. I've been doing this for the past year. It really seems to be keeping the joint pain at a minimum which is huge for us older guys.

Recently I have dropped one of my lighter sets in my pyramid up an its made a big difference in all of my lifts.

I hope that worked out for you man it has really been a great realization for me. I am 2 surgeries in on these shoulders and when I am sleeping wrong it causes a different nagging feeling than when I am over using it or the dreaded cold front!!! Low barometric pressure equals high joint pressure every time...

I am going to be incorporating G8 into this next phase and will start logging my Creatrona, Pure Test, PCT Black, Ignite 2, G8 and Cell Shock experience soon. Will be recovering from a long bit of cruising. I will be hitting up Wendlers 5/3/1 for the first time ever, first time actually doing a power lifting routine actually. I am very stoked. I swear Wendler wrote that thing for us aging guys who have always been to intense for our own good after finally reading it. I dismissed it for so long but I think it is what I need to push my leg and arm development to the next level without killing my joints.

Excellent review and log Rahl! Please remember to copy and paste your review into the product review section HERE

Whew what a log and I have to say, not that I was a skeptic but I have never seen Creatine do what this stuff does for people. I didn't expect a whole bunch of PR's or mass gain. I just thought it would give really great workouts and pumps... which it does but the extra's I am seeing are quite impressive.
