I've lost about 4-5 lbs and I'm actually stronger today on shoulder press. I did 70s for two reps after the first set of 65s for about 11. A month ago I couldn't do the 70s and all this while losing fat.
Let me start by documenting my sincere gratitude to USP Labs for the deep generosity demonstrated by sending me several bottles of Recreate across the Atlantic at zero expense on my side. Thank you very much, once again!
I added Recreate exactly ten days ago to my supplementation. I take four capsules daily, in two divided doses of two each. I deliberately decided to wait this long before leaving an initial feedback. The motivation was to avoid documenting any feelings that may be transient and of a placebo-type. After about ten days of Recreate, I am ready to present a short, but accurate feedback, based on the following considerations:
Lean mass preservation and fat loss:
I took my body-weight, lean-mass, and body-fat measurements before my first dose of Recreate. By yesterday, my body weight was stable at 104 kg, I lost about 2%-points in body fat, while improving my lean-mass by about the same percentage amount. This is a very significant result for me and an impressive case of classical body recomposition. Maintaining body weight and improving the lean-mass ratio is non-trivial. More remarkable is the fact that, due to circumstances at work (long meetings and challenging assignment scenarios), I was unable to workout more than twice in that time!!! I leave you to imagine what would have happened, if I had worked out six times or more in the last ten days! It would amount to a severe understatement to say I am extremely satisfied with the results so far. And frankly, I fail to see why it should be different going forward. Talk about looking forward to the summer...
This type of result would be impossible without direct and indirect stimulation of norepinephrine, the key endogenous thermogenic hormone in our body. Indirect stimulation can occur via cAMP modulation. Recreate surely excels in these areas.
Thermogenesis:
I cannot say I broke into sweat after every dose. This did not change, even after adding half-dose RPM. In all fairness, though, I should add that I did not test the product under conditions of challenging cardio. I am sure it will match expectations. Yet, thermogenesis does not have to be visually noticeable. A light elevation of base body temperature should suffice. Should be enough to get the job done.
Appetite suppression:
This has been decent and stable. One aspect of Recreate that some would notice is that although it helps correct hormonal imbalances that usually trigger desire for sweets and simple sugars, and although it helps suppress appetite overall (via stimulation of the secretion of the "satiety/feel-good" peptide hormone, cholecystokinin, CCK), it also helps to boost serum testosterone/estrogen (and testosterone/cortisol) ratios, which might lead to increased appetite! So, overall, appetite may remain stable, while shifting to healthier food choices, reinforced by nutrient-partitioning effects from Recreate. In my case, my appetite remained stable and healthy.
Other:
I have noticed a general improvement in my capability to adapt to stressful situations. We all have our complex professional challenges. The nature of my work demands a significant amount of abstract, problem-solving-oriented issues in meeting environments. This produces a different type of stress exposure, and usually makes adaptogens an important part of my supplementation. With Recreate, adapting to stress is more favourable, definitely an expression of cortisol optimization. Furthermore, the hormonal optimization that Recreate and body recomposition produce also ensures that libido and sexual performance remain at a high level.
Overall:
While I cannot claim to have tried dozens of fat-burners, Recreate is by far the most complete, versatile, and effective that I have tried to date. It's biggest asset is the sheer variety and richness of the different targeting pathways to fat loss and lean-mass preservation. One needs to try the product to experience its effects, and marvel at the results, personally. It works. That simple! And that is why it comes with my highest recommendations without any reservations.

Prefer to focus on body composition. Lean mass:total weight; body-fat percent...maurice02; said:.... I am waiting for weight loss. I may be leaning out, actually, I think I am, but the scale is the same...
gotcha, my fault was that I did not measure BF before hand. I just have to get it through my head that your weight can stay the same and you can lose BF.Prefer to focus on body composition. Lean mass:total weight; body-fat percent...
When i get some time i'll post up a good in depth review of the first week, but here will be the cliff notes => Recreate plus 3000 cals + intense workouts(very little cardio so far) = No weight change and minus .5 inches on waist :afro:
I think that is what I am seeing. I have a tummy, but I noticed i am starting to see the sides of my abs...and I was like...wait, that was never there. That has to be what is happening.Translated that is about 2 to 3 lbs of pure fat loss, which must have been replaced with something other than fat. The more I read and compare it to my results the more I understand this is not a supplement used to lose a pile of weight (might as well throw your scale out the window). This is a supplement that burns body fat and preserves muscle it's from recomp. I know this it's what it's designed to do but it's nice to see it in practice.
Just posted this Final Review of ReCreate in my log
ReCreate 4 Week Final Review/Thoughts
Alright ladies and gents let me preface by saying that this was an unusual log. I typically like to log daily stats and weight sin the gym but felt it better to leave this to more long term results. I will be attaching an image of myself after 4 weeks of ReCreate along with my thoughts/feelings on the product and future plans. Here we go.
Ratings
Fat Loss: 9/10
Muscle Preservation: 9/10
Appetite Control: 8/10
Mood:8/10
Energy: 5/10**
Thermo Feelings: 9.25/10
Recorded Overall on Product: 48.25/60 or 8.04/10
**Because I had expectations of increased energy solely from ReCreate I added this stat category. However as myself and many realized ReCreate isn't and never really was marketed as a direct energy boosting supplement but rather a fat loss product (yes there is a difference). In light of this I am making an executive decision based on my results (fat loss) and expectations.
Total Rating of ReCreate: 9/10.
Fat Loss
As you can see from my pictures I achieved sufficient fat loss in my midsection for me to warrant using this product in the future. With no increase in overall cardio and only a slight 200 cal decrease during week 4 (with a couple of failed diet days thrown in there as well) I am extremely pleased with the results. I have an above average difficulty in loosing fat in the typical male problem areas (handles, lower abs, obliques) and have seen fat loss in those areas over the course of the past 4 weeks. I can't really pin point what has helped me in this venture but my most logical guess is the cortisol control (my body does not like low calories and I bust my ass both with the weights and cardio which amounts to cortisol being a problem for me).
Appetite Control
Some users are reporting complete appetite suppression while on ReCreate. Personally I benefited from it and did see some degree of control but not to the point of not wanting to eat above my planned caloric intake. Most notably during the last week (week 4 after the drop in cals) I noticed my body really crying out for added calories (I have a ferocious appetite as well). I can say that for myself the appetite suppressing properties diminished a tad as the weeks went on but never to the point of not being felt. Whether or not that was my body adapting to ReCreate's mechanisms of action or just my body hating me for the lowest calories I have been on in over a year I can't say unfortunately.
Overall Cliff Notes
-Noticed an insane amount of thermogenic effects during first week of use. As the weeks went on I noticed a decreasing effect especially during strictly lifting sessions.
-Appetite control was present throughout but again as I decreased my calories I noticed it taper of a tad.
-Mood was always great. I never had the "damn I hate cutting screw life" mentality that can so easily come from restriction calories. This cut was way to manageable lol (thats saying something).
-From noted fat loss in trouble areas I like to attribute ReCreate's ability to manage cortisol for helping me with this.
-Overall: I highly recommend this product in conjunction with your fat loss plans. I can;t see any instance where ReCreate being apart of your arsenal would be a waste.
Future Plans
-Well as you can see from my pictures I didn't get down to the 8% I wanted (although I will be using ReCretea for probably another 1.5-2 weeks and if I can get my hands on some Napalm I will throw that in there.
-Despite being lean I definitely have some fat to loose but I may just try and finish it off with the above and then recomp a tad (slight cal deficit ~ probably like 3000) before my big USP LBM stack.
-On July 1 (tentative but probable) I will stack and log (this log will be updated very oftern with gym sessions, feelings, strength, etc so keep an eye out for it) USP Labs Powerfull, Anabolic Pump, P-Slin, and ReCreate (and mabe some other goodies) in an attempt to really pile on some LBM. More info to come on that later.

Day 14 and i'm 230lbs, I was 225lbs 21 days ago and i'm noticeably leaner in the core especially, strength is also doing well. I can't believe the difference i'm seeing in my core this is especially significant for me as cortisol and carb sensitivity are my downfall, so Recreate+AP has rectified this quite a bit. I'm also not getting the dry joints that i get from Retain 2 and Lean Extreme which is nice. I'm really excited to see what a full 12 weeks could do. The sweating during my workouts is also increased due to me switching back to a 4 day higher volume split, tuesday:
Squats: 10 sets 10 reps
Kneeling leg curls: 8 sets 10-8-8-8-6-6-5-5
Barbell step ups: 4 sets 8-10 reps
Adductors: 4 sets 10-12 reps
The sweating from this was gross to say the least ,lol.
was that suppose to be 220 and leaner or are you really up 5 and leaner? Either way great progress (well +5 and leaner is insane progress).
Yes a lot of people are experiencing the same thing, I am way leaner and not changing on the scales. If it werent for my shoulder injury I know I would be up a couple lbs. This stuff is more anabolic than I thought it was going to be. I nice surprise for sure. I can't wait to see what happens once my shoulder gets better.
What is really screwin with my mind is I am not lifting (except for some leg work) I'm like is this possible? But it be so. I am simply amazed. I only feel sorry for those poor bastards who thiink it doesn't work. I guess it doesn't for some, others well you know....

Duuuuude..
That surprises me, coming from you.
Yeah, this is one supp that, seriously, one should consume no more than 4/day in 2 divided doses.
With this stuff, more is NOT better..
