thank you guys so much for the advice! I am very happy thus far with recreate, I find that it gives me good clean energy all day. however, since starting recreate and stopping black powder, I find that I am getting really sore after my runs (usually about 5 or 6 miles) is there anything to remedy that? And are there any other supplements you recommend I stack with recreate? I'm not looking to get really muscular, I am trying to be thin and toned.
