Recreate dosage for a woman (please help :])

I just started taking recreate four days ago. I have been taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I am a woman. Is this high of a dosage harmful to me? should i scale back? What are the adverse effects that can result from a dosage this high?

You'll be fine. Recreate is not harmful, nor should you experience any adverse effects (aside from maybe some nausea from the Forslean, if you're not used to it; but it will pass).

I have been dosing recreate at 2 and 2 for 6 weeks and im having no adverse effects what so ever!

The dose will not be harmful, however it is highest of the recommended dosage.

should i scale back?
I would start with 2 capsules in the a.m. and 1 capsules in the p.m. An additional capsule may be added to afternoon dose after assessing tolerance.

What are the adverse effects that can result from a dosage this high?
No side-effects are to be expected.

I am very happy thus far with recreate, I find that it gives me good clean energy all day. however, since starting recreate and stopping black powder, I find that I am getting really sore after my runs (usually about 5 or 6 miles) is there anything to remedy that? And are there any other supplements you recommend I stack with recreate? I'm not looking to get really muscular, I am trying to be thin and toned.
