Recreate and what else??

Well I have been using Recreate for about 14days. I haven't really been seeing any results whatsoever. I'm currently 5'10 and 220lb @ about 16%BF. I am trying to get back to about 205-200lbs, but maintain the mass that i have put on during some PH cycles in the past 8months. I haven't taken any PHs in the past 3 months. I was curious what would be a good thing to stack with Recreate to help accelerate reduction in fatloss and maintenance or gains in LBM.
I've been doing a lot of cardio the past 2 weeks, about 21miles of running a week(when i wake up), and some low intensity cardio after work for about 30minutes. I'm a military guy so I run no matter what, so my cardio for the most part is pretty solid and for the past 2 weeks my diet has been really clean. I would appreciate any suggestions.
 
Yes nutrient cycling has worked for me as well. Not a big up and down cycle but moderate changes.
 
I'm a big fan of having little to no carbs during the week Mon-Fri. Then carb loading on Sat and Sun. It has helped me lose alot of weight when cutting.
 
I'm a very stringent Ecto, so it's never been necessary for myself. I would personally stack AP and ReCreate to utilize higher than normal levels of carbohydrates. A particular member (EasyEJL, I believe) also claimed he remained in Ketosis while eating carbohydrates in conjunction with AP. Something to consider.
 
I've been on AP and PSlin for a couple of months, and RC since the inner circle offer, and I couldn't see much of difference until these last couple of days. Now it is like christmas morning every morning I look in the mirror. :) I could/can feel a difference with taking RC: warmer, appetite suppression, increased energy, etc.

Try Thermogenic Thyrotabs stacked with Thyro-Cuts 2 for 6 weeks, on the 6th week run 7oxo at 300mg.'s per day (200mg. upon waking, 100 mg. at night), for 3 weeks.

That stack kicked started my fat burning efforts nicely. Throw in your stim of choice for more fat burning and to combat possible lethargy from the stack (recreate would work nicely for this), maybe add some Napalm and youve got a very effective stack.

Just the TT/TC2/7oxo alone enabled me to drop 6 pounds and 2% bf with minimal diet changes.
 
im about to start recreate/DicanaV2 soon so i'll let you know how this potent stack goes :) def. going to monitor my body under the new stress of this stack (mainly thyroid) but i think i'll be fine and cant wait :)

i think recreate with a high dose of sesamin oil, napalm, and/or DCP would be sweet as well.

Dicana V2? What're you doin' pimpin' yo shizz? Hahaha. What's in version 2?
 
Everbody round these parts seems head over heels over DCP, but I wouldnt touch anything with TTA in it with a 10 foot pole.

Notice how the two major supplements that had this in it are now discontinued? (Melting Point, and Lipid FX).

Fact is Ive heard from a bunch of people that TTA gave them rhabdomyolsis.
