ReCreate 4 Week Final Review/Thoughts

Alright ladies and gents let me preface by saying that this was an unusual log. I typically like to log daily stats and weight sin the gym but felt it better to leave this to more long term results. I will be attaching an image of myself after 4 weeks of ReCreate along with my thoughts/feelings on the product and future plans. Here we go.

Ratings
Fat Loss: 9/10
Muscle Preservation: 9/10
Appetite Control: 8/10
Mood:8/10
Energy: 5/10**
Thermo Feelings: 9.25/10
Recorded Overall on Product: 48.25/60 or 8.04/10

**Because I had expectations of increased energy solely from ReCreate I added this stat category. However as myself and many realized ReCreate isn't and never really was marketed as a direct energy boosting supplement but rather a fat loss product (yes there is a difference). In light of this I am making an executive decision based on my results (fat loss) and expectations.
Total Rating of ReCreate: 9/10.

Fat Loss
As you can see from my pictures I achieved sufficient fat loss in my midsection for me to warrant using this product in the future. With no increase in overall cardio and only a slight 200 cal decrease during week 4 (with a couple of failed diet days thrown in there as well) I am extremely pleased with the results. I have an above average difficulty in loosing fat in the typical male problem areas (handles, lower abs, obliques) and have seen fat loss in those areas over the course of the past 4 weeks. I can't really pin point what has helped me in this venture but my most logical guess is the cortisol control (my body does not like low calories and I bust my ass both with the weights and cardio which amounts to cortisol being a problem for me).

Appetite Control
Some users are reporting complete appetite suppression while on ReCreate. Personally I benefited from it and did see some degree of control but not to the point of not wanting to eat above my planned caloric intake. Most notably during the last week (week 4 after the drop in cals) I noticed my body really crying out for added calories (I have a ferocious appetite as well). I can say that for myself the appetite suppressing properties diminished a tad as the weeks went on but never to the point of not being felt. Whether or not that was my body adapting to ReCreate's mechanisms of action or just my body hating me for the lowest calories I have been on in over a year I can't say unfortunately.

Overall Cliff Notes
-Noticed an insane amount of thermogenic effects during first week of use. As the weeks went on I noticed a decreasing effect especially during strictly lifting sessions.

-Appetite control was present throughout but again as I decreased my calories I noticed it taper of a tad.

-Mood was always great. I never had the "damn I hate cutting screw life" mentality that can so easily come from restriction calories. This cut was way to manageable lol (thats saying something).

-From noted fat loss in trouble areas I like to attribute ReCreate's ability to manage cortisol for helping me with this.

-Overall: I highly recommend this product in conjunction with your fat loss plans. I can;t see any instance where ReCreate being apart of your arsenal would be a waste.

Future Plans
-Well as you can see from my pictures I didn't get down to the 8% I wanted (although I will be using ReCretea for probably another 1.5-2 weeks and if I can get my hands on some Napalm I will throw that in there.

-Despite being lean I definitely have some fat to loose but I may just try and finish it off with the above and then recomp a tad (slight cal deficit ~ probably like 3000) before my big USP LBM stack.

-On July 1 (tentative but probable) I will stack and log (this log will be updated very oftern with gym sessions, feelings, strength, etc so keep an eye out for it) USP Labs Powerfull, Anabolic Pump, P-Slin, and ReCreate (and mabe some other goodies) in an attempt to really pile on some LBM. More info to come on that later :D.

Nice review man! I am enjoying it so far and look forward to my physique changes as i continue on Recreate.

How many cals were you on daily again? I think you said 2,800 in your log but my memory is struggling :D I am currently on 2500-3000 depending on which body part i am working and the first week went great

Yea I will probably cut another 2 weeks (although every day I contemplate stopping). Honestly it will all depend on if and when I get napalm.

Calories started off at 3200 when I first started the entire cut. When using ReCreate started at around 2200 and am currently at like 1800 (1800 is only about a week in duration).

This time next year hope to be around 210 and same bf or if I really see insane improvements be at 210 at 8% (high expectations are the foundation for high achievements :D)

Looks like Recreate is also good for promoting chest hair! :D

Perhaps it will fit a new niche.

lmao I was waiting for someone to catch that. Nair in the first picture none in the second. Nair is a sob though so I am going to go with wax for the first time ever right before summer. That is going to beyond suck.

I can definitely see the results in your core, chest and bi's a tad, and back shots?

Nice review, good work on your part too. Hey you also may want to check on the twisty thing on your face.....

lol personally I never use to mind, but it just takes away too much (I am a hairy mofo on my chest lol). The twisty face? Ya thats a little science project I am experiment with. Alternate worlds/universes so on and so forth, nothing huge.

I can definitely see the results in your core, chest and bi's a tad, and back shots?

Thanks Chaps. Ya I was a little lazy yesterday but I will throw some back hots up today when I get the chance. I have a feeling it will show some nice change.

Were you taking 3 or 4pills/day, just out of curiosity?

4 pills split up 2 and 2. Would take the first dose at 9 30-40 minutes prior to the gym (and 1 after after eating). Second dose was taken around 3-3:30 pm 30 minutes prior to meal 4. However the last 3 days I have been experiment with a 3 and 2 dose for a total of 5 ReCreate a day.

I can notice a considerable change on your side and upper obliques, mid-abdominal, and strangely the most on the trapezius area. Great change, subtle, but I imagine much more prominent in person?

(which is why I hate cameras - they never speak the whole truth)

Definitely more prominent in person (also camera seems to down size me a bit in overall mass). Side oblique area is where I personally see the most change (but thats only because my obliques/L.handels/lower abs bloody hate me and refuse to give up their "precious" stores lol). Although I won't get the lower abs defined before summer I want that V thing to come out a bit more.

Although I didn't hit 8% (because of my experimentation with the ckd) I have very high hopes with the future recomps and eventually cut with ReCreate to get down to a no BS 7-8% at an additional 5-10lbs of LBM.

How low did your go with your carbs? Your scapula, triceps and oblique regions are carb sensitivity points, i myself find that the minute carbs go to 100g's or below  the oblique fat starts coming off. So try dipping carbs down even if it's only for 7 days then back to something more moderate for 7 days then back down.

I was at 7g per day and training was beyond garbage. I am now a firm believer in intense training and cardio to get the job done with carbs to enable that high of an intensity (now I hit around 120-150 daily which is still low for me but solid).

Starting the 25th I will be going below 100 grams a day during my off week. I will still be in a cal deficit though. It will be the last week of the cut (Napalm will also being used though and may be some slight cardio).

Napalm should be good, are you using AP? And how about fish oils? Just wondering about insulin sensitivity.

yea currently am (and was on the last 2.5 weeks) on AP (its used more often than not so I guess its more or a less a staple of mine lol). I dose about 10 grams of fish oil per day year round. I like to label myself a endo/meso leaning towards endo if that can give you an idea of my carb sensitivity.

You can try upping your fishoil intake for 30 days, then back down to 10g's, i definitely notice better focus, fatloss and energy even in a low carb state.
