Wow thanks for the kind words. This is the best time of the year for me. I usually have 3 hrs a day to hit the gym.

What's your favorite triceps exercise?

Dumbbell One-Arm Triceps Extension (I call them D-bell Tri Hammers) I have weird little names for lifts.
people look at my log and ask what the hell is that.
These are what I grew my Tri's on. Currently not doing them, My triceps grow really quick so I'm not isolating them for a month.
Use to love me some Close grip bench. I mean 6" gap between the hands. (Cant do those anymore) for some reason they never jacked with my wrist. lost my shoulders before my wrist I guess.

Week 9 workout 2
RPG is still killing it. now using the Warrior Melon flavor for about a week.
Had a great workout. straight bar curls and Hammer Strength Declines are starting to level off. Been stuck at the same weight and reps on the straight bar curls for 2 workouts in a row.
The Hammer Declines stall: I think it's mental, my left shoulder is starting to act up a little more than usual so been afraid to keep pushing the weight up past 360lb.
I have been off the BPS androcrene for 2 weeks (Don't know if this is it or not) have one can stashed since they discontinued it. Bit ches. Probably time to break it out. FireTitan im blaming you for this one! lol

I like to cycle all my supplements. except my Intra workout BCAA. (RPG is now my go to)
Been off the creatine and stim PWO for 4 weeks as of today. Will be starting that back up Thur. Really looking forward to my stim PWO again. at my age it really helps. I like the stim free I have been taking but really miss that aggressive get the fu ck out of my way feeling!

Any one tried OL DERMASTRENGTH UNLEASHED? since I cant get my BPS androcrene anylonger.

Don't push it if it doesn't feel "right", we old fuggs have to be cautious. Remember, injury strikes always when we feel best.
You could just slow down to TUT 3.1.1 and do an rest pause set -or two.
For curls, lower the weight a bit and do them standing against a wall :) and make a vid, I like to see you suffer! LOL

Thanks brother. I won't push it. I Lower the weights w/ more forced reps. I don't go heavy on anything that causes shoulder discomfort.
And fu ck no on the wall curls. I tried those the other day and my shoulder didn't like it. lol
 
Week 10 Noodz. weighted in @ 201.5 lb. I still eat too much sodium, holding too much water, need to try to knock this down. I'm eating so much chicken that I have to spice it up so it doesn't always takes like the same thing. The marinades and seasonings I have been using have a lot of sodium. (But it tastes sooo good)!
I also did 15 Min. of stair climbers and lost my pump.
