I will be picking up a few bottles, but will prob wait until it hits one of the other sites (lock, etc...) since there are a few other things I need to pick up. Any idea when AAv2 will be available at other retailers (appears to be out of stock at most sites)

Not sure. I just started a sponsored log (in my sig), but I will probably do a mini review (and/or leave feedback here) of recompadrol once I get through a bottle. I definitely enjoy my GDAs :D

AAv2 may makes its way into my log (gonna do a 1 month cut after I finish the log I just started)

There are instructions on the product label ON the bottle re "optimal" dosing/timing for different body goals. Regardless, I always just do 2 caps first thing, 2 caps early afternoon/immediately post-training, and 2 caps pre-bed (you can see in post #1 of my 2012 Journal).

I remembered that :) fact is that is how I met Recompadrol hehe thanks to you, I believe I mentioned this before somewhere hehe. But I did however remember someone or perhaps you throwing in a perfect recipe just in case of a cheat meal haha, since they do happen from time to time for more will that we have we always fall to the temptation sometimes haha xD!

Curious why a post workout dose? Most people I have spoken with said it is basically a waste to take post wo. My typical dosage has been for other GDAs (i.e. Slin Sane and SLINTropin)

1 dose first thing in the morning pre workout
1 dose with my afternoon carb meal
1 dose with my evening carb meal (or if I don't h ave a high carb meal then one pre bed dose)

I plan to follow the same protocol for Recompadrol (lock just confirmed they received so as soon as up on the site I will be ordering)
 
Post workout is preference n to keep those muscle bellies full n pumped while continuing to repress pathways associated with adipogenesis an keeping fat burning hormones up

I do agree with this, my current scheme is taking it after my workout and 30-40 minutes along with 300mg of na-r-ala , 1g of agmatine and (some 20 mins later) 1g ALCAR and 1g PLCAR , so by the time 35-40 mins are up, I start munching on my huge fast break of around...well...200-250g of carbs haha

Fairly well from feedback I have gathered. There's a cutting protocol with it that'll help. All depends on how often you eat

Hm...I am NOT cutting atm, lean bulking...but I do see the synergy for AAV2 and Recompadrol...don't see how Natty V plays a role, might have to look into it again hehe , and well the B complex is for restoring purposes right? Since that amount of Recompadrol and AAV2 would deplete vitamin b6 specially from the body if I am not mistaken right?

Yep can delete b vitamin a little. Plus it'll aid digestion and manipulation of food you eat

Natty v, look into the ingredients acting on ppar and akt

I did after posting :D good combination IMO!! , I got bulk na-r-ala powder :p I'll add that to the dosage you just gave me (after getting some natty v and aav2) come my next cut and well...pizza time ;D!

"From time to time" - well, they might for everyone else, but almost every meal for me is what every one considers "a cheat meal". But no, was not me, but likely Zach - he has some good recipes :)

If you notice I said "early afternoon/immediately post-training", indicative of either of those times - whichever happens to be the closest to the time I am going to eat (since at the moment, training has been completed about an hour before I break my fast). I suggest that you check out my log to see why I do what I do, since almost anything you can or are likely to ask me about why I do things are in there (or one I have kept in the past).

Each to their own. I have used Recompadrol when having low carbohydrates (well, low for me, but also the 3-4 days before a shoot are usually actual "diet" days), and have been fine with it, but that's just me.

i got my six bottles started since this morning 3 pills each meal (5 meals per day). That's how ive run it year round and works for me good.

Can't wait for some leaning results haha...

I feel it shines for low carbers!!!
Both Dave and myself attest to this.

Try it at each point for carb intake and see which best SUITS YOU.

I am an early morning workout guy (5am during the week and 7am during the weekend) and run PHAT (if you see the log in my sig you can get an idea). As far as dosage, this is how I would use (this is how I have used GDAs in the past):

1 Dose Recomp first thing in the morning 45 minutes pre workout
Glycomyx/Pro Shake 30 minues pre (approx 45g carbs and 25g Protein)

1 Dose Recomp 15 minutes prior to lunch (typically consists of 50-75g carbs)

1 Dose Recomp 15 minutes prior to dinner (typically consists of 50-75g carbs)

In a little over a year I am down about 50lbs, so still tweaking my diet but seems that after going low carb for a while my body is responding better to higher carbs, so I typically try to hit somewhere around 200-250g carbs a day now (when I do another cut I will drop that back down to the 150g range)

Why not shift the glycomyx post w/o with leucine with drol directly post 15mins before the shake?
Train closer to fasted to pronounce amok and post agonism that training induces. Especially volume like PHAT.

I had been training fasted but found that, especially with working out at 5am, i would get sluggish and it would affect my strength. Since adding in the carb/ pro shake pre my workouts and recovery have been
much better. I have learned to just listen to my body, when its hungry I feed it, keep it simple and dont overthink lol
