try some different creatines. there's many different ones out there besides monohydrate that work pretty good

multi
whey protein
multi blend protein
fish oil
beta alanine
xtend

i take more than that, but if were only aloud to pick a handful, these are the ones i couldn't live without

sorry bud, but I gotta say this...

this is like going into a cars forum and saying I want a vehicle...what should I get?

you want a SUV, sports car, minivan, truck...what is it that you're looking for?

with all the different supplements on the market there's all sorts of things to try for different purposes...or stages of training.

Stick to the basics until you know exactly what you want to do. Not every supplement is geared towards the same things. Too vague of a question, but welcome to AM!

alright so basically i want something that would get me bigger, i know its vague but i dont know what to get, theres soo many supps out there.

there are tons of things you can do!

#1...LOTS OF FOOD! Steak, chicken, fish, oats, WW everything (bread, pasta, etc), etc

second, make sure you get a good post workout shake going...I make my own, but torrent is a great product! you just need to make sure that you're taking advantage of your anabolic window.

Essentials would be a good choice it does also contain creatine. it has the multi and joint support along with beta alanine and bcaa's

Regardless of whether or not you LIKE it, if you're doing resistance/anaerobic training and you want to "get bigger", creatine is a MUST STAPLE!

Other staples you should be using:
* Multivitamin (you have this covered)
* Good fats (i.e. fish oil, flaxseed oil, etc.)
* Protein powder (if you don't get enough from food, and because it can more convenient (i.e. post-weights) sometimes)
* BCAA's

Anything else you take would depend on:
a. Your age (if you're 18 or younger, then nothing but the basic staples are recommended);
b. Your training history/experience (if you haven't been training for very long, then build a solid training base before you start experimenting with supplements);
c. Your supplement history/experience (if you have never really used supplements before, then ease into it, instead of a lot at once, to see how each affects you; and if extensive, then you should know what works for you and what doesn't);
d. Your diet (there's no point taking lots of supplements if this is not right); and
d. Your goals (different supplements are used for different purposes - i.e. fat burners, testosterone boosters, etc.).

The best thing for you to do would be to get the basics, set up your diet and training programme for hypertrophy, and EAT!!!

Yes, there ARE many supplements out there. And you should always know WHY you are taking a supplement (i.e. for goals or health, etc.) and its effects. I suggest you do some personal research and reading on the supplements available that suit your goals (although, diet is the biggest thing in achieving them; supplements are just the 'decoration on top of the icing on the cake').

I have now made a little sticky note on my desktop, just so I can copy and paste the 2 required reading...

I should do this, since I find myself repeating the same things over and over to different people (they never seem to look at the thread above or below or anywhere about them, but continue to ask the SAME questions! Yes, a little frustration...)
