Bought some bulk np creatine mono and geranium caps. My question is, what would you throw in for great pumps? I was leaning towards aakg powder.
 
I would actually suggest the opposite, aakg sucks for pumps, for me anyways...
Look into agmatine and nitrates, like bcaa nitrates.

Can i mix those with creatine mono powder? What about beta alanine? And what do u believe is more effective caps or powder?

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just kidding. Absolutely! And I love beta alanine. I can't lift without it, just doesn't feel right. Start out w 2.5 grams and go up from there as needed.
I don't really do caps but I think both are effective.
 
SAN Fierce + iForce Hemavol = unbeatable pumps. No extra creatine needed for workout days with that stack, so use the bulk mono on off days, 3-5g.
 
n2amp from need to build muscle would give you the pump you are looking for.nice call on the BA.
 
Agmantine gets 2 votes so i might be going with bulk creatine mono,geranium caps agmamtine and beta alanine as my pwo. Any other suggestions?

About 8 grams of Citrulline Malate will surely increase the pump, lots of water and carbs..

Sorry for pimping, but many users reports really good pumps from SuperSize. So it might be worth checking out that product.

Thanks for pimpin supersize but im lookin to build my own pwo with bulk items.
 
For a bulk powders pre workout this is what I recommend.


Citrulline Malate 5-8g

Agmatine 1-1.5g

Creatine 5g

Beta-Alanine 2g

Caffeine and 1,3 dimethylamyamine for stims


Also add in some BCAAs

EXACTLY!!!!!! Thats what ima do but np is out of stock on EVERYTHING. Where else can i buy these bulk powders?

Mixed the maximize and hemoval together about 15 min prior to doing bis tris and forearm. Felt steady energy and a good pump. Nothing too intense which is good imo just the right amount of stim.
 
Don't know why anyone would throw caffeine into a formula for pumps. Why constrict your veins when your goal is to dilate them?

Agmatine, citrulline malate, glycerol monostearate are awesome for pumps!

Had no idea caffeine was a constrictor on the vessels. Thank you for that. Ill def cut it out
 
There's a lot of options.
I know u made your mind on current choices.
In my book:

Animal Pump (usually always get a decent pump, has creatine)
Yoked (has worked before, may work better for u)
Agmatine

There are others, I'm on my animal pump kick now though.
 
Animal pump (like EVERY animal product) is over priced for what you get. Just sayin' ... I do like the stims the animal line uses tho

Gms is great for pumps. I got some from nutra on the cheap. Used a coffee grinder to turn it into fine powder. 5- 10 g is more than enough.
