Thanks mate! I just need to do a little cutting. I'm down about 10lbs. But it's hard giving up the strength and size that goes with weight loss.
 
Its hard to look massive with height. Just more work and dedication. Nice build! You try doin a slow "contest" cut? 12 weeks, taper carbs down very slowly. Your strength should stayabout the same. Good Luck
 
Werd. Once I get back to the US of A and can call up my old buddy test, I might try to cut a bit more. With only PHs here, I'm fraid if I lose too much, I might lose some muscle mass. I may just bulk a little for the time being and shed some fats after I get back.

You doing anything with the wheels or is it all upper body?

Sure, I'm working the wheels also. Wheels are descent size, around 28", but calves are a challenge. If were a few inches shorter, it might be easier to get descent calves.

Just letting you know that all the PH's seem to be dissapearing here in America, so you may have to become an even bigger friend with the test.

Arnold had the same problem. high volume training is what he did i believe
 
im willing to bet dc style calves would be good too. i tried it a few times cuz i have baby calves and pausing in the bottom position for 20 seconds (or whatever it calls for) is much harder than most would imagine. you really have to go light the first few times
