What's your dosage going to be? I'm on a max of 3 capsules a day right now. I seem to be real sensative to the yohimbene. My libido has shot way up, and everything else is golden.

I am going to go both feet in at 2 in the am (just took them about 20 minutes ago) and 2 in the afternoon. When I log it this afternoon I will give starting weight etc....

thanks man, I have been attempting to cut for a while and seen som decent results just based on sheer crazy amounts of cardio. I always put it on quicker than taking it off
 
OK here we go. So thrilled that the gym under new management opens earlier than previously on Saturdays

Shoulders
Seated Press (10 sets): 250lbs 3 reps 225lbs 6 and 7 reps
Front 45lbs plate raises (4 sets)
Side DB Laterals (10 sets): 2 sets of 5 weights to failure at each weight 40, 30, 20, 15, 5lbs
Rear Peck Deck (4 sets): 120lbs 12 reps
Side Cable Laterals (3 sets): 40lbs 10 reps

Cardio
TMill 15% incline 4.2 speed 30 minutes

Sweating like a pig, felt great, weighed in at 224lbs prior to workout. Will probably go back this afternoon for more cardio. I like doing it 2x a day over the weekend. By the end of this would love to be at 210lbs (maybe a dream but who knows)

Just as an FYI, my side DB laterals are Ronnie OCleman inspired. I just work my way down the rack in 2 giants sets of 5 weights each. I start heavy (for me) and go to failure at each weight. There is no wait time between weights for each set. It is a real burner, but I feel like I have seen solid results from it. Also, it makes the 5lbers feel like a friggin ton.
 
went back for extra cardio.

20 minutes on the bike and 25 minutes on the tmill same as before in terms of details

I know that was directed at Reaper, but I'm going to answer it anyways...

No change in mood. No change in appetite. Libido is way up. Noticed an increase in energy (obviously). I've been sweating a ton. Plenty of "or whatever." I found myself doing this dance this morning (which I attribute to the LR) and almost hurt my leg in the process... ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaa

I was glad to see War Machine win, I like him in the "hes a dope" kinda way. You sorta just root for him.

Huerta/Guida was awesome as expected. However I dont think Huerta could beat the top 155lbers. Penn, Sherk, Stevenson and Florian could probably finish him quickly IMO

Mood is pretty consistent, I am a fairly up person to begin with. Appetite is not supressed at all, in fact with the energy increase causing more desire to lift, my appetite is up. Sweating is acutally a bit freakish. After about 20 minutes
I get this warm sensation and I could be in Antartica and I would be sweating
 
Its funny as hell. On Saturday night I was walking down my sisters long a$$ driveway which was covered with ice. I was doing this in sandals while holding my 4.5 year old daughters hand ( my car was stuck in the middle of the drive way). I was friggin sweating. Crazy

Ok it was chest day, and much to my excitement my gym has added several new pieces of equipment under our new management. Some new Hammer Strength stuff including the incline press which I tried today, more on that in a moment

Started with 20 minutes on T'mill typical 15% incline 4.2 mph. Tomorrow will change cardio to a run for 30 minutes

Chest
Incline BP (7 sets): 275 5 reps, 225 11 reps
Incline HS (4 sets): 3 45's each side 12 reps
Cross over cables (4 sets): 80-100lbs 8-10 reps
Cross bench pullovers (4 sets): 80lbs 12 reps

This sweating thing is outta control. It is causing some forehead acne, but as I told my wife, I am 31 and married, no one is really looking at me like that anymore. Feel energized throughout the day and no noticeable crash which is good.

I really hope I don't run in to the acne thing. I was afraid the Trib might cause it, but I haven't noticed anything so far; however, I'm only on 3 caps daily right now.

I totally have to agree..there is no crash what-so-ever. I dose mine 1 pill every 2+ hours. So far so good, keep it going bro. :thumbsup:

Ok, so Tuesday is my typical day off, but I decided to go back as I had a little extra time this afternoon. Focused on Abs and Cardio. We got a new rotary torso machine for your obliques. I hadnt seen one since the early 1990's (yes I am that old)

Abs
Weighted Crunches (4 sets) 80lbs 50 reps per
Rotary Torso(4 sets) 50lbs 25 reps

Cardio
35 minutes t'mill 4% incline started @ 5mph went up .5mph every 10 minutes
 
as an addition, since we have new HS stuff at the gym, tomorrow (back day) will be a blast. We got a new High Row and finally an offical t-bar apparatus. No more rigging it in the corner of a power rack and killing my lower back. The next two days are going to be sweet.

Funny tidbit as well, with all the extra cardio, I have blisters on my right foot. Evidently one on my achilles popped, and yesterday when I picked up my daughter after the gym she noticed blood all the back of my leg. Just a battle wound. :)

Careful with those btn presses! You coldn't pay me to do those......sooooooo bad for the rotator cuff!! WAY more so when using heavy weight. Go in front ,you dont want to be out for 9 months with a tear.

I agree that they can be rough, and I have already had a few shoulder operations as well (not lifting related). Since I dont go too heavy I find them to give a great pump. I also alternate them with Arny presses depending on my feel for the day when I lift.
 
With BTN presses I do them strongman style...little body english and let them crash down on your shoudlers...once it gets near the top of your head...just let go <--------this will greatly reduce stress on the "cuff"

Besides a slight cold, I feel awesome. Appetite is slower, but still force feeding. My wife equates it to living with an infant, always drinking from a bottle and always eating. I couldnt be happier about the weight. Will go back around 2PM for more cardio and legs ( I hate legs)

Whoaaa! Take it easy there tiger. Give your body time to rest man. Try and not get lazy and lay around all over the place, but don't go lifting heavy when you don't feel good. Its never a good idea. Cardio would be fine, to me it always make me feel better. But get as much sleep as possible <----this is HUGE for getting over sickeness asap.

You sound like me when I first started working out. I'd take days off of school if I was sick (or even just to go surfing or something), but Lord forbid I take a day off of lifting. My Mom would always get upset when I did that. She'd say, "You always make time for the things you want to do, and not your priorities!" But when I was coming home with perfect grades, she didn't really care anymore.

my philosophy is that the cardio sweats it out of me, however I have been lifting on and off for almost 20 years (Feb. '88) so when I walk by the free weight area I just get that itch. It is pathetic

my wife takes the same philosophy. However, I have been lifting since long before we met, so she tries not to get too involved
