'ratio Of Test To E2 (oestradiol)

Anyone know the ideal ratio for an older guy of test to E2.or supply a link

Units used in UK are nmol/l test ;pnmol/l oestradiol

Forget ratio.

Forget that you are older guy.

When testing, do blood test, get following tests:

TotalTestosterone
SHBG
Albumin
E2(ultrasensitive)
DHT

Using TT & SHBG figure out your FreeT

You want to be (160-300)

If your SHBG is 30 or more the error may be up to 50%
More precisely, you may read FreeT~300
you may actually have 300/1.5=200
So if your SHBG is high it is that much more important to be at about FreeT~300


Estradiol, Ultra-sensitive (25-29)pg/mL
DHT(75-95)ng/dL

Make sure that you get your DHEAs(500-640)mcg/dL

my free t is quite high at 800pnmol/l (range 0- 1100 pnmol)TT 30.8 NMOL/L (range 10-31) SHBG 25.5 (range 13-71pmol/l )

free t in your figures 160-300pg/ml equates to 650-1050pnmol

readings taken 2 weeks after a nebido injection

Ok, so you are on Nebido.

If possible, post link to prescribing information.
You have leaflet when you have got Nebido.
What did they said about half life.

I suggest that you do not go with too long time between shots.

Problems with t-shots abound (estradiol control) all because of high variations of TT between shots.

Some sources say that half life is 21 days .ive no leaflet i can put my hands on at the moment

It has been suggested on another forum that taking indolplex with dim at one per day can control e2

To control E2 you use only:

Arimidex(pills)=Liquidex(liquid)=Anastrozole(liquid)

If you are not going to wait too long between nebido shots you should have minimal to no E2 or DHT problems.

Another words, lets say your max TT=900, when you drop to 850 get another shot.
Skip the first few days spike (cant help it).

I am not saying that 900 is good for you, it is just example.
You can find out how much TT is good for you by looking at chart, knowing your SHBG.
Problem is, that chart may have up to 50% error when SHBG>30
There is also some error when your albumin does not equal 4.3 (the assumption made to produce that chart).
