Rate my diet and give pointers.

Currently on a Halovar Cycle and trying to gain. Let me know where you see any short falls that I may have overlooked. I am not seeing the gains that I expected and want success. I will be finished with WK 3 of Halovar this week and am up to 100 mg/day. Doing a 6 wk cycle.

Throughout the day I tend to throw in another couple of snacks (I'm always hungry). I also ensure that I drink more than 1 gallon of water/day. I allow 1 soda/week and everything else is either water or sugar free tea.

weakness one is far too much of a reliance on whey/casein for protein, and second looks like next to nothing in healthy fats.

Do you play a sport or something, why are you working out twice a day?

You need more real food, and some red meat, and more healthy fats.

you could use some more whole grains like pasta/rice as well.

You are both saying more healthy fats.

I'm guessing the Super Omega is not enough.

Super Omega:
Omega 3: 690 mg/serving
Omega 6: 600 mg/serving
Omega 9: 420 mg/serving
Other Fatty Acids: 690 mg/serving

Should I just increase the number of pills I take/day or get it from another source?

olive oil, nuts, avocado, etc. are your best sources. you really should get in something in the range of 80g of fat a day from healthy sources.

I will go shopping tonight and add Olive oil and almonds to my grocery list. Thanks for the advice. Please let me know if you see any other additions that need to be made.

Also, would the lack of fats be what is causing me to stay hungry?

Darsh:

I workout twice a day, because I don't have the time to do a proper workout in 1 sitting. This forces me to break it up and do 2 workouts with the focus being on 1 body part per workout.
