Just got my hands on a bottle for little to nothing.

I wa wondering what's you guys found to be the optimal dose, and at what times did you take it.

I've seen this in pm fat burners, nutrient partioners, stim fat burners etc

a lot of research was also done on rats and not humans: and if there were humans most were obsese, which does not apply to the majority of people who train.

This is also common in CLA research, when dosed upward to 6g even in obese individuals there was little to no change in fatloss or weightloss (CLA)

This is exactly my take on it. I have never found it to be a definitive source of results. But i keep seeing it in products that people are raving about, like metabolic powder.

I've taken 2-3 gram/day doses and I have mixed feelings on it. Worth a shot if you got enough of it cheap enough.

Yea if you got it cheap you might as well give it a shot.

Try it at 1.5 to 2g a day. Garcinia would go well with it

3-5g

We're probably going to take tons of heat from a few supp companies out there for saying this but...

There is really no "optimal dose" because Raspberry Ketone has never actually been shown to burn fat in human subjects. It has been shown to augment Noradrenaline-induced lipolysis (fat breakdown) in vitro, but only at concentrations that are unrealistic given what can be found in "fat-burners" these days.

Its not going to hurt since you got the bottle for free, but truly noticeable results are unlikely with Raspberry Ketone alone. Hope that helps in some way!
