Still feeling a bit down in strength but overall a good workout. Had good energy and pump. Still dosing Lico preworkout. It really seems (for whatever reason) to attribute to the pump. Tomorrow is back and biceps.

The wrist is really starting to feel better. I'm hopeful that by the end of next month I'll be able to deadlift again. Which, would be great timing since I intend to start my winter bulk at the beginning of Sept.

That wrist injury is a funny thing. My wrist got tweaked today playing freaking volleyball. I dove for a ball and put my left hand down to support myself and jammed it slightly. Going to have to think about wearing wrist straps for everything.

Thanks JD. The wrist is much easier to deal with than the back! It sucks but it doesn't make anything else hurt. Just it.

Hope the wrist continues to heal and nice incline db flyes man that is one of my weak exercises lol. Also nice declines!!

Just posted in your BB.com log, but I'll be keeping a watchful eye out here as well. Hoping you have a quick comeback for your wrist! I've been on these 2 supplements before and I already know the outcome you are going to have... keep PUSHING!

Last workout before I leave for the beach. Rows felt great! I forgot how much I love DB rows. I hadn't done them in quite some time until a couple of weeks ago.

Leaving Friday for the each and won't be back until Wednesday. Not sure what I'll do for exercise other than playing in the ocean the whole time. Maybe run or not. Depends on how things play out.

Oh man! Jealous! That's where I was originally supposed to go. It's our 10 year anniversary and we got married there. Couldn't afford to take the whole family though. Lol

Lol. Thanks man. That's one of my stronger lifts. I have always loved them and when I was younger I was obsessed with my back so it's gotten a lot of work over the years. Keep killing them and you'll catch me!

Lol 60s is about the highest I've gone. I try and do holds at the squeezing part of the movement. 105lbs would tear my arm off!

I'm a stickler for form on anything but particularly on DB rows. I insist on full stretch and a hold at contraction. I do love to watch people's expression when I yank those 100's up! :)

Quick check in from the beach. My diets gone pretty much to hell but I'm swimming like crazy and we have done the 15 flights of stairs to the room a couple of times. Lol what the hell, I'm enjoying it for now. :)

I hear you about the diet, I did that this weekend, just so busy........prob not a good excuse lol, just gotta use it as a high carb day and then kill it tomorrow+ low carb:)

Final pic. I'll post up my final review a little later. In pretty happy with where I ended up considering I spent the last week not training and eating like a pig. Lol

Thanks guys! Feeling good for sure.

So here are my final thoughts.

Formula X:

Taste: 8/10

Very good flavor. Easy drinking and not overdone so it doesn't get sickening when using intra-workout.

Mixability: 7/10

Some settling but it mixes back up quickly.

Strength: 9/10

This is where I really saw the success of this product. It's my new DAA product hands down. My strength gains were just great.

Aggression: No noticeable difference here

Libido: 6/10

Good boost but nothing insane. I'm usually pretty "elevated" in this dept. anyway though.

Overall this is a great DAA supp and I love the added BCAA's that make it a perfect intraworkout product and allow me to cut down on how many supps I'm using when taking DAA.


LicoGenix:

Strength: I'm not going to give this a number other than to say alongside FormX my strength was way better while using these 2 products together.

Joint Pain: 10/10

No added joint pain at all. When I've run erase in the past I've had issues at 3 caps after a few weeks. With this...nothing.

Leaning: 7/10

This isn't a fat burner but it did dry me out a bit which was a huge plus. Let's face it, the last week of this log I was eating pizza and playing at the beach. I came back more lean than I left.

Overall I was pretty impressed with Licogenix. I would have to run it solo for a while to really judge it better. What I can say is that I've used DAA together with other AI's (Erase, Formastane) and my strength has never gone up so well. Considering I had an injured wrist for this entire time I have to say I'm very impressed with this stack. I think if I could of added a GDA like Need2Slin I could have really, really made some changes.

I would recommend giving both of these products a shot.

I really enjoyed the log. I'm laying low for a bit on the supps for August. I have another vacation planned the last week. I'm going to miss logging for a bit. Maybe I'll start a "I'm not using anything log". Lol
