Lmao! Yes to the first part no to the second. Hope Nate doesn't mind me saying but he has an open claim for workman comp at a different employer for the injury. It did not happen at our work place. I actually truly feel for his situation because I suffer from blown discs in my back and know the pain all too well.

Back from a wedding ready to hit shoulders tomorrow! I'm currently not on Anabeta I've run out. Hopefully I will get my next bottle shortly. I'm going to write up a review for the test powder soon.
 
Test Powder:

Sadly I have to say I was very displeased with this product. I had some increase in libido, and I did have a very alpha mentality in the gym. However I did not see the strength gains or much increase in my "pump". What I did experience was the longest bout of diarrhea of my life. I had a lot of stomach pains and nausea regardless of splitting the dose and taking it with or without food. The taste however was good. The powder easily dissolved and was pleasant to drink. Not knocking USP or their product this simply was just not for me.

Good honest review. Glad you didn't sugar coat the experience. Some products work great for some but not for others.
 
I agree with Aa and LTL. I want the truth about the product and what it does and not some lube job. Sorry to hear it did not do it for you big man. Hey,next time you need a colon cleaning you know where to look. Lol

I found out that after I posted a photo of me looking vascular mine was missing ingredients which would have potentiated the effect.

Naturally I am now nagging Josh like a child nags his father at Christmas.

Today went much better than the last bicep back day at high reps. I did stick to my original low rep heavy back though. Its what I found my back prefers as far as staying pain free. As usual the zombies kept my cardio in high gear. I did have to throw one of my thermals on along with a hat to get me sweating like I was on Alphamine. This is truly going to be a grueling 4 week break!
