I'm the same way I hate chicken hate tuna... I've got enough of both to last me about a year. I can do the chicken on the grill and manage and if I do the tuna my way I can eat it. I need to get strict LTL and I work crazy hours he obviously has the dedication to diet to produce insane results. I need to make it work!

I been on that diet for a bit, but I think has to do with genetics and training. When I'm eating healthy whole foods and veggies I look flat...
I was trimming weight down for a bit, but I'm up the cals & just up the training and cardio. Hate this flat un pumped small look!
 
Typical diet for me is:

Breakfast is dinner with my wife and children. Usually a lean protein with veggies maybe rice and salad.

Whey shake with skim milk before work.

Lunch if I pack is pretty good either tuna with light ranch and hot sauce or chicken. Fresh fruit, cashews with some yogurt covered raisins mixed in, greek yogurt, half peanut butter sammich. This can vary but usually consistent.

If I don't pack its whatever looks good in the vending machine or a run to a fast food joint.

(I haven't been packing much lately)

Post workout dinner is always the same egg whites, center cut or turkey bacon, a tortilla, serving of low fat cheese, hot sauce, and a whey shake with skim.
 
Yeah. I'd say carbs are my weak link.

You aren't alone here big man. Just fill up on the protein and leave no room for the carbs. If you need carbs just make them nutritious carbs and not junk. I always try to knock out 5 strict days minimum with my diet and then relax it slightly the other 2. That doesn't mean a binge though. Lol

Problem I had was getting "clean" cals in to grow is difficult as phuck! You would need carbs. :lol:

You struck gold here bubba!! It's a pain in the arse. Like I told you, hit the protein goal and go from there. Fig Jam...giving out my secret weapon.

Right, or fats maybe.
I usually only count protein and try and eat my carbs earlier through out the day.
I try and shoot for 40g of protein a meal.
40g x 4 meals= 160g of protein.
Fill up the rest in snacks: Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, protein bar... I'm 185 so getting the extra 25g would be a snack maybe right before bed.

Just a heads up after my last trip to the bathroom I will no longer be using TP. Any further explanation would deem this post explicit. If you would like me to extend the anabeta I would love to however the TP is not for me.

Unfortunate the TP has that effect on you. Luckily didn't hit me that way, but you should continue with the AnaBeta! ;)

Love the anabeta! A truly awesome product. TP would be great if it didn't cause GI issues for me personally. From what I've seen its done some good stuff for other people.
 
Have you used other DAA products before?
 
Not sure if I'm gonna make it in today. Forgot the wife had an appointment and I'm up with the kids. We will see how this plays out.
 
Then F the TP and run the SS DAA with the AB. Like all the abbreviations? Lol

Thats funny because TP didn't effect me like that at first. Now, whenever I take it I make sure to be within 25ft of a bathroom for an oil change. I am going to suck it up I guess but it still sucks. Maybe try taking one scoop at a time spread out. That should help

Its just not worth it to me from just a few days in this stuff has turned my bowels into a fiery mess. I will stick to erase and just plain old DAA from now on.

As for the test powder, did you try 1 scoop 2 x per day?


Glad you enjoyed the SS DAA, that is what I'm using now with anabeta elite.

Those issues last all day. The upset stomach doesn't last very long, however the diarrhea has been constant. Gross to talk about but its the issue at hand. Not one solid bowel movement since the first week I'm just going to call it quits on the test powder.

The SS DAA was great I loved it. Ran it with erase and had great results.
 
Spent some time trying to get caught up in the woods. 4 days left for anabeta. Hopefully the extension arrives in time.

Best kind if catching up to do in October lol what exactly do you feel like the AB is doing for you? I'm thinking about throwing it in a natty stack In like 3 weeks

What I have seen is that I carry a great pump from it. A huge increase in appetite, my triceps are rock hard and I feel like a king in the gym. I don't put up the biggest numbers but I feel unstoppable. Truly a unique product just be ready the appetite is no joke.

Right on. I'm thinkin... Condense/MM, dpol, alphamine, AB....and maybe something else in there for like 8 weeks.

Not for natty stack, trying to get everything in place for a ph run in the future.

This is my last natty run before I run a ph cycle. Probably around the first of the year. If I can cut enough weight by then.
