QUICK::: USPlabs needs some new TESTERS!

Interesting to see another USP supp coming... piqued my interest for sure ;)

Best ever bench was 225x3... far and away my weakest lift (and i couldnt care less ha)
 
New poster, but a straightforward one. I've been reading these forums for quite a while now and recently decided to start posting. After reading some threads on here and other similar forums, I decided the placebo is strong 'round our community. That and blind faith. I've tried plenty of supplements from all categories and know what to expect from a good product. As for this upcoming USPLabs product, if it works for me (original Jack3d, Powerfull) I'll be singing its praises. But if it does nothing (C20, Prime) I'll be brutally honest. My reviews won't include the brown-nosing "well it didn't work for me but it may work for you so spend away..." -- it is already implied the review is only based on my results. With that block of text out of the way, I'm looking forward to contributing.
 
I'll throw an app in, Im loggin something now but if this ships next week ill be pretty close to wrapped up. Best bench reo so far 285x5
 
Most I've done with 225lbs on flat bench is 20 reps. Barely made it.
 
Most I've maxed 225 at clean was 17reps. This was no bouncing off the chest and complete control.

Big props to you guys hitting 25+ reps, stride to get there one day!
 
I am not doubting anyones posts but IMO I feel like it would be best to throw up videos instead of just saying number because I lied and I bench 225 as a warm up ;) lol also it would be cool to see some of these numbers going up.

Hard to take video of what they used to bench;) Although I think the promo is a what do you rep 225 for not what did you rep it for.

If we're talking right now it's more like 15 or 16, maybe more on a good day. Probably not 20 anymore

Great lifts, those fat bars probably killed you forearms! I might give it a go Friday and video tape how many I can get with 225!

Fat bars do not. it actually takes less stress off my shoulders (incline) from the overlap and more on my chest.
 
Drop it down to 205 for max reps 3 sets have a spotter and go hard as f on the negatives. Thats how i got my bench up quick.

Another way i found that helps is, leave the clamps off the bar . if u have to dump the Weights its better then not getting it back to the rack . After awhile you'll learn what you can and cant do safely. In your case you could even aim for 185 190 for max reps . It'll build up your strength and confidence.

Hell ya... that is an ingenious way of literally saving your neck. We should all put on 25s and practice dumping. Once you get to 45s, then swapp for 2 25s and so on, but I won't last to long before I max out. Dumping. I like that term and what it now means

I would love to see the look on others while you practice dumping. actually, bad idea because somebody might get hurt. Some smaritain will race over to help and probably end up getting dumped on.
 
Oh nice, that is something I'd like at my gym to use; incline puts too much stress on my shoulders too.
Fat gripz are great if your gym is not well outfitted. Very versatile for augmenting any type of exercise. One of my favorite implements I ever purchased. It's even possible to make yourself a homemade version for next to nothing. Just a thought for those that don't have fat bars.
 
225 for 8 reps. All pauses. Cleared to hit it after cuff surgery and quad surgery in a 53 week period. Powerlifting for 30+ years. Love your past products.

Havent done regular barbell bench in a while cuz of an old injury. I do more db presses. Last was 110lbs for 6 reps. Very happy moment for me.
 
I am horrible at reps.. I can push a lot of 6.. but barely anything for 10 lol.. I fatigue so fast.

I was curious about what my CURRENT 225 max was, so yesterday after 3 sets of 320x5-6, got 225x22. Still not bad for me.

Thank you, I have that just in case people doubt me. I don't talk without the evidence. Only direct people to it when they say, "Where the video?" As we all know if it isn't on video, it didn't happen. Of course, I do mine in competition as evidence. I don't have fancy training equipment or do crazy lifting. I use straight #'s and bar.
