is it recomended to take cypionate twice a week or can i just do it once a week?
im going to take 400mg of cyp a week. im not too fond of the pokes. i would rather take a 2cc shot once a week rather than 1cc twice a week since its a long ester. but if twice a week is recomended then so be it. i would greatly appreciate anyone's feedback.

The difference in half life between enanthate and cypionate is very small. Enanthate is 10.5 day half life and cypionate is 12. So injecting enanthate once a week should still be fine... I mean you are injecting it again well before the half life is even reached. lot of people say to space it out but i doubt there's much difference.

if it means anything... ive been doing 1x a week injections for about 16 weeks now maybe 17 i like it better this way
